Abstract: A base station transmits radio resource control (RRC) messages having configuration parameters indicating a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second BWP. The base station also transmits a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling one or more first uplink resources for a first reception of a first uplink transport block (TB) from a wireless device via the first BWP. Before the first reception of the first uplink TB, the base station may transmit a second DCI indicating a switching from the first BWP to the second BWP and one or more second uplink resources for a second reception of a second uplink TB from the wireless device via the second BWP. In response to the transmitting the second DCI before the first reception of the first uplink TB, the base station may cancel the first reception of the first uplink TB from the wireless device.

Abstract: A wireless device receives, via at least one of one or more first monitoring occasions, a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling an uplink shared channel transmission. The wireless device receives, via a second monitoring occasion of second monitoring occasions, a repetition of a second DCI indicating transmission of an acknowledgement feedback. The wireless device sets the acknowledgement feedback to a negative acknowledgement (NACK) value based on a start of the second monitoring occasions being after a start of the one or more first monitoring occasions. The wireless device transmits, in the uplink shared channel transmission, the acknowledgement feedback.

Abstract: A ball glove engineered with exposed edge stitching, as opposed to turned leather, whereby the front (palm) and back are joined with one another in the same orientation as they are die cut. The resulting mating of front and back without welting exposes the edge of the leather (or other material) constituting the ball glove with joint lines on the back of the finger(s). Without turning the ball glove, other improvements may be seen such as the use of painted edge, exotic material types, and hard embellishments.
Abstract: A network node of a first network receives, from a wireless device, on onboarding request for onboarding of the wireless device to a second network. The network node sends, to a network repository function (NRF) of the first network, a request to discover an access and mobility management function (AMF) that supports onboarding of the wireless device, the request including an onboarding support indication. The network node receives, from the NRF, a response message including information of the AMF that supports onboarding. The network node sends, to a base station, a configuration message comprising an onboarding indication of the wireless device to the second network.

Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device, a first configuration parameter indicating whether data of a logical channel is allowed to be transmitted using a configured grant of type 1 and a second configuration parameter indicating whether data of the logical channel is allowed to be transmitted using a configured grant of type 1 while in RRC inactive state. The base station may receive or not receive data of the logical channel from the wireless device via configured grants of type 1 while the wireless device is in RRC connected state and while the wireless device is in RRC inactive state based on the configuration parameters.
Abstract: Establishing and refining beams in MIMO sessions can include detecting establishment of a communication session between a cell site and a user equipment. The communication session can be conducted using a multi-input multi-output beam that can be supported by a first portion of an antenna array, the first portion including two or more antenna array elements of the antenna array. Device data that relates to the user equipment can be obtained, where the device data can include movement data that can describe a movement of the user equipment. A beamforming command can be generated to include instructions that, when implemented by an entity associated with the cell site, can cause the cell site to refine the multi-input multi-output beam based on the device data. A refined multi-input multi-output beam can be supported by a second portion of the antenna array. The beamforming command can be provided to the cell site.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for determining a performance shift due to an applied condition, excluding other, e.g., environmental, factors. One mechanism for determining a performance shift due to an applied condition involves using two datasets (e.g., a control dataset and a test dataset) for two different populations. A training dataset is used to train a machine learning model to build a control dataset to be used in a second machine learning model together with a test dataset to determine whether a performance shift between the two datasets is due to the condition that was applied to the test dataset.
Abstract: A sports rotation swing training system is provided that includes a harness assembly to be worn around the torso of the player that is used with a separate vertical upright structure. The harness assembly comprises a chest/waist band and a generally horizontally projecting stick protruding from the band side. The projecting stick is designed to engage with the separate upright structure upon the player’s execution of a swing to provide feedback (auditory, tactile, or electronic) related to the degree of rotation. The chest/waist band can be alternatively positioned by the user at the chest (to practice thoracic rotation) or at the waist (to practice pelvic rotation). In a preferable aspect of the invention, the angle of the projecting stick is adjustable downward from generally parallel to the ground.
Abstract: Presented are systems and methods that construct BipartitE Graph INdices (BEGIN) embodiments for fast neural ranking. BEGIN embodiments comprise two types of nodes: sampled queries and base or searching objects. In one or more embodiments, edges connecting these nodes are constructed by using a neural network ranking measure. These embodiments extend traditional search-on-graph methods and lend themselves to fast neural ranking. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of such embodiments.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for video decoding. The apparatus includes processing circuitry that decodes prediction information of a current block in a current picture. The prediction information indicates that an adaptive motion vector prediction (AMVP) mode is applied to the current block with an adaptive motion vector resolution (AMVR) mode. The prediction information indicates motion information. The processing circuitry determines a respective first motion vector predictor (MVP) for each of a first plurality of motion vector resolutions (MVRs) corresponding to a first reference picture based on the motion information and the respective first MVR in the first plurality of MVRs. The processing circuitry perform template matching (TM) by determining TM costs based at least on the first plurality of MVRs and the first MVPs. The processing circuitry generates an adaptive order of the first plurality of MVRs based on the TM costs.

Abstract: Post deployment radial force recovery of biodegradable scaffolds are described where a high molecular weight polymer may be formed into a high molecular weight scaffold by solution casting into a tubular substrate such that the scaffold retains its mechanical properties through processing. The tubular substrate is laser cut and subsequently crimped onto a catheter for deployment into a body lumen. The polymeric scaffold may retain its mechanical properties and result in increased radial strength post-deployment in a saline environment, e.g., within a body lumen. This scaffold enhancement may be attributable at least in part to entanglement of high molecular weight polymer chains as one factor that effects radial force recovery and also to the design or geometry of the scaffold as another factor that effects radial force recovery after deployment.
