Patent number: 11641422Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for deploying third-party callback to be performed on a mobile device. For example, the mobile device may configure a third-party callback to be performed after a triggering event is detected by a remote device. The triggering event may relate to a remote device associated with the mobile device. A determination may be made as to whether the mobile device is within a pre-determined proximity of the remote device. If the two devices are in proximity and if the mobile device receives a message that indicates the triggering event has been detected, the mobile device may perform the third-party callback. In this way, a user's need to request services conveniently and accurately is facilitated.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 2021Date of Patent: May 2, 2023Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Jeremy Goodsitt, Galen Rafferty, Reza Farivar, Vincent Pham, Anh Truong, Mark Watson, Austin Walters

Patent number: 11639831Abstract: Cooling a first device and second device in a fashion to produce water. The method includes collecting environmental air from an environment. The environmental air is used to cool a first device. Cooling the first device generates first device exhaust air produced from the environmental air. The first device exhaust air is provided to a first device portion of a heat exchanger. At a second device portion of the heat exchanger, thermally coupled to the first device portion of the heat exchanger, second device exhaust air generated by cooling a second device is received. Patent number: 11640452Abstract: In one embodiment, a set of feature vectors can be derived from any biometric data, and then using a deep neural network (“DNN”) on those one-way homomorphic encryptions (i.e., each biometrics' feature vector) can determine matches or execute searches on encrypted data. Each biometrics' feature vector can then be stored and/or used in conjunction with respective classifications, for use in subsequent comparisons without fear of compromising the original biometric data. In various embodiments, the original biometric data is discarded responsive to generating the encrypted values. In another embodiment, the homomorphic encryption enables computations and comparisons on cypher text without decryption. This improves security over conventional approaches. Searching biometrics in the clear on any system, represents a significant security vulnerability. In various examples described herein, only the one-way encrypted biometric data is available on a given device.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 2021Date of Patent: May 2, 2023Assignee: Private Identity LLCInventor: Scott Edward Streit
