The connector has a fixed hinge portion, a receiver side of the fixed hinge portion, an interface side of the fixed hinge portion, a threaded protrusion extending from the receiver side of the fixed hinge portion, a buffer hole extending from the interface side, through the fixed hinge portion, and through the threaded protrusion, a tube lock hole extending from the interface side, through the fixed hinge portion, to the receiver side, and a lock screw sized in relative proportions to be threadably received in the tube lock hole.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for filtering obstacle candidates determined based on outputs of a LIDAR device in an autonomous vehicle is disclosed. A point cloud comprising a plurality of points is generated based on outputs of the LIDAR device. One or more obstacle candidates are determined based on the point cloud. The one or more obstacle candidates are filtered to remove a first set of obstacle candidates in the one or more obstacle candidates that correspond to noise based at least in part on characteristics associated with points that correspond to each of the one or more obstacle candidates. One or more recognized obstacles comprising the obstacle candidates that have not been removed are determined. Operations of an autonomous vehicle are controlled based on the recognized obstacles.

Abstract: An apparatus including a circuit, a temperature sensor, a sensor and a control system. The circuit may be configured to receive an input signal and a configuration signal and generate an output signal in response to performing an upconversion of the input signal to a selected frequency band and an amplification of the input signal in response to the configuration signal. Abstract: A method for analyzing single cells by mass spectrometry includes the steps of providing a plurality of cells in a liquid medium and placing the cells and liquid medium in a single cell isolation and ejection system. Liquid medium containing a single cell is released from the single cell isolation and ejection system. The liquid medium and single cell are captured in a capture probe containing a flowing capture probe solvent. The cell is lysed by a lysis inducer in the capture probe to disperse single cell components into the medium. The lysed single cell components are transported to a mass spectrometer, where the lysed single cell components entering the mass spectrometer are spatially and temporally separated from any dispersed components of another single cell from the sample entering the mass spectrometer. Mass spectrometry is conducted on the lysed single-cell components. A system for analyzing single cells by mass spectrometry is also disclosed.
Abstract: Systems, methods, devices, and other techniques for managing a computing resource shared by a set of online entities. A system can receive a request from a first online entity to reserve capacity of the computing resource. The system determines a relative priority of the first online entity and identifies a reservation zone that corresponds to the relative priority of the first online entity. The system determines whether to satisfy the request based on comparing (i) an amount of the requested capacity of the computing resource and (ii) an amount of the portion of unused capacity of the computing resource designated by the reservation zone that online entities having relative priorities at or below the relative priority of the first online entity are permitted to reserve.
