Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing automated robocall detection. In various embodiments, a computing system may compare first abstracted raw data, obtained from a portion of call data from a first call from a first originating party, with each of a plurality of abstracted raw data, obtained from portions of call data from a plurality of calls from a corresponding plurality of originating parties. In some instances, the plurality of abstracted raw data and the first abstracted raw data may each include at least one of word count data, phoneme count data, inter-word timing data, voice pitch estimation data, and/or background noise data. The computing system may determine whether the first abstracted raw data is indicative of the first call being a suspected unsolicited or unwanted communication, based at least in part on the comparison. If so, the computing system may perform one or more tasks.

Abstract: A system for automatically handling components to be assembled onto a product on an assembly line includes a carriage that is movable to and between a first, retracted position spaced from the assembly line, and a second position displaced from the retracted position in a direction toward the assembly line. A manipulator on the carriage supports a component mounting tool configured to receive and support at least one component for assembly to the product. The manipulator may be arranged in a first orientation when the carriage is in the first position, and may be pivoted to a second orientation when the carriage is in the second position, such that a component on the component mounting tool is supported in a pose for processing when the carriage is in the first position, and is supported in a pose for joining to the product when the carriage is in the second position.

Abstract: A chest harness mounting system for a bino or chest harness is provided. The chest harness mounting system includes a rigid frame body having a receivable portion and an integrated receiving member coupled to the rigid frame body and configured to receive and secure desired equipment, such as a bow. A system having a chest harness and chest harness mounting system is also provided. The system includes a chest harness body, a rigid frame body, an attachable plate coupled to the rigid frame body, and at least one securing strap attached to the chest harness body. A bino or chest harness apparatus having an integrated rotational bearing and plurality of straps is also provided.

Abstract: A system includes a camera, a robot, and a management system. The camera is configured to capture one or more images of a material handling environment. The material handling environment normally includes one or more items. The robot is at least in part configured to move along a travel path relative to the items, and the robot is configured to pick the items. The management system is configured to monitor the material handling environment through the images from the camera. The management system is configured to determine dynamically multiple picking solutions for the items in real-time while the robot moves along the travel path.

Abstract: According to at least one embodiment, a method for providing connectivity between a remote source and a control room is disclosed. The method includes: receiving a request to connect the remote source and the control room; and in response to receiving the request, determining an input/output mapping between the remote source and the control room. The input/output mapping is based on a first profile information associated with the remote source and a second profile information associated with the control room. The method further includes: based on the determined input/output mapping, enabling a connection between the remote source and the control room.

Abstract: A vent plug having a main vent aperture that extends from an inner side into the plug and connects to a transverse vent passage that intersects the main vent aperture. The main vent aperture and the transverse vent passage are connected to provide a continuous path for fluid communication. The main vent aperture includes a conical surface that is tapered to be narrower nearer the inner side of the vent plug. A poppet is located within the main vent passage and the poppet has a stem that extends from a distal portion of the poppet. The stem has a shoulder that is opposite the distal portion. The distal portion is adjacent to the conical portion of the main vent aperture. The distal portion has an annular recess for receiving a seal. The poppet is movable between an open and closed position.

Abstract: A blowout plate for removable attachment to the top surface an inline irrigation valve that has had its top works removed includes a generally elliptical plate having a centrally located outlet hole. The outlet hole is designed to be at least partially aligned with an outflow path of the valve. A plurality of apertures defining a variable mating profile for the blowout plate are defined through the plate proximate an outer perimeter of the plate. The variable mating profile is generated by unique combinations of the plurality of apertures to form a unique mating profile for attachment of the plate to a distinct valve with a corresponding screw hole pattern. The plate include a solid blank portion, or dead space, about the outlet hole and extending to the plurality of apertures that creates a watertight seal between the plate and a valve when the plate has been properly aligned thereabout.

Abstract: A selectively frictionally engaged hole cover for a bore hole cored from a paved surface that includes a cover plate configured to cover the bore hole and support vehicular traffic. An engagement mechanism is attached to the cover plate and extends down into the bore hole. The engagement mechanism is configured to be actuated by a user torque input that causes an engagement plate selectively shiftable relative to the cover plate to thereby shift an engagement member along a engagement member stop and thus radially outwardly or inwardly, causing the engagement mechanism to selectively engage or disengage the wall of the bore hole. When the engagement member is in frictional contact with the hole, unintentional extraction of the engagement mechanism is prevented. The selectively frictionally engaged hole cover effectively provides a temporary cover for a bore hole in a road, parking lot, or other paved surface.

Abstract: Vehicles and related systems and monitoring methods are provided for detecting a loss of isolation on one side of a power converter. One method involves monitoring a normalized voltage input to a power conversion module coupled to the electric motor, in response to the normalized voltage exceeding a diagnostic activation threshold, determining a first number of instances of a range between successive extremas of the normalized voltage exceeding a loss of isolation range threshold over a diagnostic window of time, and automatically initiating a remedial action when the first number is greater than a loss of isolation detection threshold.

Abstract: Disclosed is a therapeutic stretching apparatus, which in particular provides a user with a system for providing an assist to increase knee extension as well as for maintaining stability of the knee after surgery. This device can not only act as a therapeutic stretching apparatus but also can act as a primary post-op knee brace with locks/limits on hinge to prevent user from further injuring the joint.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure includes methods and apparatuses for video decoding and video encoding and a method of processing visual media data. A current block in a first coding tree unit (CTU) is predicted using samples in a current picture. The first CTU and a second CTU are processed in parallel. The method for video decoding includes determining one of (i) a reference block of the current block in an allowed search range that is constrained for parallel processing of the first CTU and the second CTU in the current picture and (ii) an intra prediction mode of the current block based on a template adjacent to the current block that is constrained for parallel processing of the first CTU and the second CTU, and reconstructing the current block using the one of (i) the reference block and (ii) the intra prediction mode.

Abstract: A decoder decodes, from a bitstream, transformed coefficients representing displacements of vertices of a three-dimensional mesh. The decoder selects, for a transformed coefficient of the transformed coefficients, a first transformed coefficient and a second transformed coefficient from the transformed coefficients and that are associated with the transformed coefficient. The first transformed coefficient is at a first level of detail (LOD) and the second transformed coefficient is at a second LOD, with the first and second LODs being lower than an LOD of the transformed coefficient. The first transformed coefficient is updated according to a first update weight based on the first LOD. The second transformed coefficient is updated according to a second update weight based on the second LOD. The decoder inverse transforms, based on the updated first transformed coefficient and the updated second transformed coefficient, the transformed coefficient to reconstruct the displacements.

Abstract: A communication system transmits a data signal between a transmitter and a receiver. A service provider operates the communication system for a client. When the data signal is received at the receiver, the data signal is decoded and the service provider decides whether the decoded data signal is accurate or whether the decoded data signal should be rejected. The service provider transmits the decoded data signal and its determination as to its accuracy to the client. Metadata including information about the transmission of the data signal is also provided to the client so that the client can make its own determination regarding whether to accept or reject the decoded data signal.
