Abstract: A method includes receiving call records from a control plane, each call record including a cell list identifying the server cell for the UE call session at the time the call record was generated and an ordered set of neighbor cells, ordered based on a characteristic of signals from the neighbor cells. Call records having truth data are selected, wherein the truth data includes geolocation (GL) data reported to be a GL associated with the call record. GL data of the selected call records is stored in association with the cell list for the selected call records. A centroid is determined as a function of the GL data associated with each of the selected call records that includes the associated cell list. The centroids are stored in association with the corresponding cell list, and can be retrieved as a prediction for a GL based on submission of a cell list.

Abstract: The method has the collection of data from a user to apply for licensing cost reimbursement for a software application. The method processes payments from the user per service terms. The service terms appear in an electronic agreement displayed to the user and cover the user and the customer of the user utilizing the method. The provider pays the user the amount per the agreement less the license cost, per payment schedule billing, and any other fees. The method provides a platform for the user to provide a service, receive payment for the service, and cover the license cost to the user only upon receipt of payment from the user's customer. The invention does not create an independent contractor and an employee relationship with its user.

Abstract: Data-dependent node-to-node knowledge sharing to increase the interpretability of the activation pattern of one or more nodes in a neural network, is implemented by a set of knowledge sharing links. Each link may comprise a knowledge providing node or other source P and a knowledge receiving node R. A knowledge sharing link can impose a node-specific regularization on the knowledge receiving node R to help guide the knowledge receiving node R to have an activation pattern that is more easily interpreted. The specification and training of the knowledge sharing links may be controlled by a cooperative human-AI learning supervisor system in which a human and an artificial intelligence system work cooperatively to improve the interpretability and performance of the client system.

Abstract: An auto-engageable coupling is disclosed for use in a pumping system that includes an electric motor and a pump driven by the electric motor. The auto-engageable coupling permits the transfer of torque from the motor to the pump, but prevents the pump from applying torque to the motor. In some embodiments, the auto-engageable coupling includes a drive plate connected to a motor shaft and a reaction plate connected to an output shaft. The drive plate and reaction plate are only coupled together to transmit torque from the motor to the pump when the motor is activated and rotating in a first, intended direction. When the motor is not activated and the pump is forced to rotate in a first direction, the drive plate and the reaction plate are disengaged to prevent the delivery of torque from the pump to the motor.
