The first lid may be removed to receive an umbrella within the umbrella securing body, and the second lid portion, which may be configured to be installed with the stand so as to form a table surface, may thereby facilitate snacking once ballast has been received.

The clarified and disinfected effluent from this hybrid treatment unit is filtered to remove residual TSS. The filtered and disinfected effluent is discharged after dechlorination/neutralization. On-site maintenance disinfectant can be produced via the electrochemical/electrochlorination/electro-oxidation process and used for both treatment unit cleaning and disinfection.
