  • Patent number: 11532959
Abstract: An electric submersible pump (ESP) that has a motor section for driving the ESP. The motor section has a stator has an inner surface, winding channels disposed axially therein and windings disposed in the winding channels to generate an electromagnetic field when power is supplied to the ESP. The motor section also has a rotor rotatably disposed in the stator. The rotor has permanent magnets or induction windings disposed therein that are responsive to the electromagnetic field to facilitate rotation of the rotor relative to the stator. The motor section also includes a manipulated air gap disposed between the rotor and the stator that the electromagnetic field crosses. The manipulated air gap provides a desired constant radially directed load on the rotor to stabilize the rotor when instability of the motor section occurs. • Patent number: 11531928
Abstract: Techniques are provided for using machine learning techniques to associate skills with different content. In one technique, multiple classifications models are trained. Each classification model corresponds to a different skill and is trained based on textual embeddings of a plurality of content items and labels indicating whether each content item is associated with the skill that corresponds to that classification model. A particular content item embedding is generated based on text from a particular content item. The particular content item embedding is applied to the classification models to generate multiple results. One or more results of the multiple results are identified that indicate that one or more corresponding skills are associated with the particular content item. For each result of the one or more results, skill tagging data are stored that associate the particular content item with a particular skill that corresponds to that result.

  • Patent number: 11533557
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide directional speakers and haptic devices for each guest of a ride vehicle. A controller may receive a vehicle location, seat location data, input audio data, and input haptic data. The seat location data may include a guest's seat location in the ride vehicle and/or the guest's preferences (e.g., a preferred language, volume preferences, or content rating preference). The controller may generate different audio output signals corresponding to different guests based on the input audio data, the vehicle location, and/or the seat location data, and generate different haptic output signals corresponding to different guests based on the input haptic data, the vehicle location, and/or the seat location data. The controller may then instruct directional speaker directed at the seat locations of the different guests to output the different audio output signals and instruct haptic devices directed at the seat locations to output the different haptic output signals.
