Abstract: One example method includes collecting telemetry data for each of a group of virtual machines (VM), and each of the VMs is associated with a user, collecting usage data for each of the VMs, creating a user profile definition for each user, and the user profile definition is created based on the telemetry data and usage data of the VMs associated with that user, creating, for each user, a user profile that is based on the user profile definition for that user, clustering the users based on similarity of their respective user profiles, and generating a recommended VM hardware configuration for a VM of one of the users.

Abstract: A hinge is arranged to move two panels, such as a stationary fence panel and a gate, between an open position and a closed position. When the hinge is in a closed position, the posts to which the hinge is attached are maintained in substantial contact along substantially the entire longitudinal length of the posts, thereby preventing small animals from passing through the fence. The hinge has two hinge halves, each having a finger portion arranged to interlace with a finger portion of the other hinge half, each finger of the finger portions defining an opening, and an arcuate post-engaging portion extending for at least 90 degrees and defining a longitudinal opening for receiving an end post, wherein each longitudinal opening faces the other when the hinge is in a closed position. The hinge also has a hinge pin passing through and within the openings allowing rotation.

Abstract: A cooling system drains oil from low side heat exchangers to vessels and then uses compressed refrigerant to push the oil in the vessels back towards a compressor. Generally, the cooling system operates in three different modes of operation: a normal mode, an oil drain mode, and an oil return mode. During the normal mode, a primary refrigerant is cycled to cool one or more secondary refrigerants. As the primary refrigerant is cycled, oil from a compressor may mix with the primary refrigerant and become stuck in a low side heat exchanger. During the oil drain mode, the oil in the low side heat exchanger is allowed to drain into a vessel. During the oil return mode, compressed refrigerant is directed to the vessel to push the oil in the vessel back towards a compressor.

Abstract: A sparse matrix representation of image or video data for encoding or decoding uses a boundary of non-zero coefficients within the image or video data. A bounding box encloses each non-zero coefficient within an image or video block. The coefficients enclosed within the bounding box are encoded to a bitstream along with dimensional information usable to identify the bounding box within the image or video block during decoding. Coefficients not enclosed within the bounding box are not specifically encoded within the bitstream. The dimensional information represents one or more of a shape, size, or position within the image or video block of the bounding box. Abstract: The disclosure provides for a method of controlling one or more sensors on a moving vehicle that is executable by one or more computing devices. The one or more computing devices may detect a first surface at a first location and a second surface at a second location using the one or more sensors. The second surface may be classified as a target of interest. Then the one or more computing devices may determine one or more timing characteristics of the one or more sensors based on a pose or motion of the one or more sensors relative to the first location of the first surface and the second location of the second surface. Then, the one or more computing devices may control the one or more sensors to capture data according to the determined one or more timing characteristics.
