  • Patent number: 11383620
Abstract: A vehicle receives sensor data that includes image data of frames that depict one or more individuals outside of the vehicle, and identifies, by analyzing the sensor data using one or more attribute recognition techniques, a set of attributes of an individual of the one or more individuals. The vehicle determines a set of scores indicating a set of likelihoods of a set of vehicle configurations being a preferred vehicle configuration for the individual, based on a data model performing a machine-learning-driven analysis of attribute data identifying the set of attributes, and/or location data identifying a location of the individual relative to the vehicle. The vehicle selects a particular vehicle configuration based on a score that indicates a likelihood of the particular vehicle configuration being the preferred vehicle configuration and provides an instruction to cause a vehicle component to implement the particular vehicle configuration by updating a configurable value.

  • Patent number: 11385818
Abstract: Techniques for managing disks involve: in response to a number of a plurality of disks to be partitioned being greater than a predetermined number of disks in a disk set, determining a plurality of candidate combinations of disk sets from the plurality of disks. The techniques further involve selecting a target combination from the plurality of candidate combinations, a first disk set of the target combination comprising at least a first subset corresponding to a first disk array, a second disk set of the target combination comprising at least a second subset corresponding to a second disk array, a number of disks in the first subset and a number of disks in the second subset being both equal to a first number and the disks in the first subset being different from the disks in the second subset. Accordingly, such techniques improve the storage efficiency of the disk array.

  • Patent number: 11388723
Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters of physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources of a cell. The PUCCH resources are grouped into a plurality of PUCCH resource groups. A downlink control information (DCI), indicating an uplink grant, is received via a control resource set. A PUCCH resource group is selected, based on the control resource set, from the plurality of PUCCH resource groups. A spatial relation information corresponding to a first PUCCH resource of the selected PUCCH resource group is determined. An uplink transport block is transmitted via the uplink grant based on the spatial relation information.

  • Patent number: 11385914
Abstract: A content creation application can include a feature that receives an inline note within a document and communicates the content of the inline note and a user identifier associated with an author of the inline note to an intelligence service. The intelligence service can identify, from the content of the inline note, one or more agents and a request, the identified one or more agents being the author, one or more person agents, one or more bot agents, or a combination thereof. Based on the identified agent (or lack thereof), the intelligence service can generate a message to each of the one or more agents and communicate the message to the each of the one or more agents over a communication channel. A person agent or the author can receive the message and view the message using the appropriate communication application without accessing the original document.

  • Patent number: 11388433
Abstract: Innovations in the area of prediction of block vector (“BV”) values improve encoding or decoding of blocks using intra block copy (“BC”) prediction. For example, some of the innovations relate to use of a default BV predictor with a non-zero value. Other innovations relate to use of a selected one of multiple BV predictor candidates for a current block. Still other innovations relate to use of a skip mode in which a current intra-BC-predicted block uses a predicted BV value.

  • Patent number: 11388439
Abstract: A sparse matrix representation of image or video data for encoding or decoding uses a boundary of non-zero coefficients within the image or video data. A bounding box encloses each non-zero coefficient within an image or video block. The coefficients enclosed within the bounding box are encoded to a bitstream along with dimensional information usable to identify the bounding box within the image or video block during decoding. Coefficients not enclosed within the bounding box are not specifically encoded within the bitstream. The dimensional information represents one or more of a shape, size, or position within the image or video block of the bounding box. The bounding box may be identified according to a scan order used to process the coefficients within the image or video block. The bounding box may be rectangular or non-rectangular.

  • Patent number: 11387996
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media can be operable to facilitate the encryption of a device identifier using an identification property of a Soc. A unique identifier of a cable modem may be encrypted using a unique key or other unique property of a SoC associated with the cable modem. When an authentication process is initiated at the cable modem, the encrypted unique identifier of the cable modem may be decrypted using the unique key or other unique property of the SoC, thereby producing the unique identifier of the cable modem. The decrypted unique identifier of the cable modem may be output from the cable modem to an upstream controller during the authentication process. In embodiments, an obfuscation key may be used to encrypt and decrypt the unique identifier of the cable modem, and the obfuscation key may be generated using a unique identifier of the SoC.

  • Patent number: 11386614
Abstract: A method includes: receiving three-dimensional (3D) information generated by a first 3D system, the 3D information including images of a scene and depth data about the scene; identifying, using the depth data, first image content in the images associated with a depth value that satisfies a criterion; and generating modified 3D information by applying first shading regarding the identified first image content. The modified 3D information can be provided to a second 3D system. The scene can contain an object in the images, and generating the modified 3D information can include determining a surface normal for second image content of the object, and applying second shading regarding the second image content based on the determined surface normal. A portion of the object can have a greater depth value than another portion, and second shading can be applied regarding a portion of the images where the second portion is located.

  • Patent number: 11386225
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are related to computing systems and methods for localizing how a user will receive and view received DID-related data. The computing system and methods are implemented in the decentralized network that implements a distributed ledger that backs one or more decentralized identities (DID) for one or more users of the computing system. Various sets of rule are accessed. The sets of rules specify how a DID owner will receive and view DID-related data received from a third party entity. The sets of rules are applied to the DID-related data received from the third party entity. The received DID-related data is modified such that the received DID-related data conforms to the one or more sets of rules. The modified DID-related data is provided to the DID owner so that the DID owner is able to view the modified DID-related data according to the applied sets of rules.
