  • Patent number: 11263605
Abstract: A system for confirming an authorization to consume an output of a transaction based on multiple signatures with different authority weights is provided. The system confirms the authorization to consume the output when the combined authority weights of one or more authorities that provide their authorizations satisfy a threshold weight. The authority weight for each authority and the threshold weight are identified in an authorization specification that specifies the criterion for the authorization of a matter. The authorization specification also specifies authorization verification information for each authority. When the sum of the authority weights of the authorities whose authorizations have been verified is greater than or equal to the threshold weight, the system confirms the authorization to consume the output.

  • Patent number: 11261143
Abstract: In an FCC apparatus in which swirl arms are used to discharge gas and catalyst from a riser, the swirling movement of the catalyst particles is inhibited while impeding the catalyst particles and gaseous products from exiting the disengaging chamber and entering a reactor annulus. The catalyst particles and gaseous products pass through a tunnel comprising a vertical wall to enter the reactor annulus. The vertical wall presents a face that is opposed to the angular direction in which the catalyst particles and gaseous products swirl. A baffle may be located at the intersection between the reactor annulus and the disengaging chamber to deflect catalyst laterally in a stripping section after exiting the reactor annulus. The baffle may be equipped with openings to fluidize the large proportion of catalyst passing over this region to effectively pre-strip this catalyst before it enters a stripping section.

  • Patent number: 11260984
Abstract: A system ensures the correct type of fuel is dispensed in an aircraft while removing the introduction of human error in the refueling process. The system includes an RFID tag disposed at one or more aircraft that electronically stores data such as engine type, engine hours, fuel type, tail number, and pilot/subscriber data for the aircraft on which the RFID tag is disposed. An RFID reader is disposed at or near a fuel dispensing mechanism, such as a fuel truck or tank. A signal indicative of fuel type is emitted from the RFID tag to the RFID reader. RFID tags on aircraft that are enrolled in the system's subscription service enable aircraft to be recognized by a module operating the fuel dispensing mechanism. Based on a comparison performed by the module, authorization to begin fueling is either permitted or declined.

  • Patent number: 11265032
Abstract: A method and apparatus for intermodulation product (IMP) cancellation. In one embodiment, the method comprises: acquiring copies of source signals that create IMPs in a passband of interest; creating copies of the IMPs for use as IMP cancellation signals by either multiplying the source signals together as a series of digital samples such that the multiplied signals create a near real and continuous time copy of the IMPs or creating a sum of the source signals in near real and continuous time and convolving the sum of the source signals with a mathematical model to effectively multiply the signals together to create a copy of the IMPs; adjusting one or both of phase and amplitude of the copies; and using the copies to cancel the IMPs inband of the passband of interest.

  • Patent number: 11265676
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for requesting an updated location, including a point of interest, from a user for display on an interactive map. On receiving from an interested user a request for a point of interest associated with a subscribed user's current location, a request is transmitted to the subscribed user to check-in to the point of interest. In response to the request, the subscribed user selects a selected point of interest from a selection list. A representation of the subscribed user and the selected point of interest is then provided for display on an interactive map associated with the interested user.

  • Patent number: 11265596
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media described herein can be operable to facilitate different reporting treatment for certain join requests received during a fast channel change. A gateway device may automatically detect the FCC (Fast Channel Change) via a configured interval. The gateway device may be configured such that if a subsequent IGMP (Internet group management protocol) join request was received within the configured interval since a previous join request, the previous join request may be ignored. According to the configuration of the gateway device, in a FCC, only the first channel and the last channel are reported, and the middle channel changes may be ignored.
