Abstract: A wireless device receives transport blocks via semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resources corresponding to SPS configuration indexes. An acknowledgement codebook is transmitted. The acknowledgement codebook comprises acknowledgement information bits, for the transport blocks, that are ordered based on the SPS configuration indexes.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are prosthetic valve devices, systems, and methods of installation of prosthetic valve devices and systems in a target region of a subject. Prosthetic valve devices disclosed herein comprise a frame structure having expanded and unexpanded configurations aiding in minimally-invasive delivery of the devices to the target region. The prosthetic valve devices include frame structures designed to minimize the amount of material used to form the devices without sacrificing structural strength. The prosthetic valve devices also include frame structures of minimal longitudinal length, allowing easier and more precise delivery and deployment of the devices.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing data and source validation for equipment output data and/or for equipment failure predict. In various embodiments, in response to receiving a first request for first data that is output by first equipment, a computing system might retrieve and analyze the first data to determine whether the first data can be trusted. If so, the computing system might send the first data to the requesting device. If not, the computing system might send a second request for identifying a blockchain containing a block containing a copy of the first data. In response to the blockchain system identifying such a blockchain, the computing system might receive the identified blockchain; might abstract the block containing the copy of the first data from the identified blockchain; might abstract the first data from the block; and might send the first data to the requesting device.

Abstract: Control and stabilizing cables and tendons for high altitude aircraft and airships having lightweight, high strength and low CTE are disclosed, along with a method and machine for fabrication of same. The cable is comprised of a fiber prepreg tow encased in a polymer sleeve with one bobbin at each end to facilitate connections. Consolidating the fiber prepreg tow along the length of the cable using high temperature shrink tubing, such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), allows for eliminating the twisting of the fiber prepreg tow, thus reducing the number of wraps around the bobbins. Eliminating the twists in the fiber prepreg tow also reduces the length of fiber needed, and therefore the overall change in length of the control cable with temperature variations is reduced. Additional cable strength can be achieved by adding and holding significant tension on the fiber prepreg tow by applying weight during the curing process.

Abstract: Systems and methods for disinfecting and deodorizing using low concentration hypochlorous acid solutions are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method may include delivering an disinfectant solution to PAP equipment, such as CPAP and BiPAP equipment, to disinfect the PAP equipment used by the patient, thereby preventing infection by the infectious diseases in the patient. The disinfectant solution may include an aqueous solution of hypochlorous acid. The hypochlorous acid may be between 30 parts per million (ppm) to 500 ppm of the aqueous solution.

Abstract: A separation indicator for indicating when a door has been opened. The separation indicator includes a substrate having opposed inner and outer surfaces and first and second portions, with an elongated tear line between the first and second portions. An adhesive material is applied to the inner surface of the substrate and a message, pattern, or design is printed on the outer face of the substrate. The indicator further comprises a series of perforations separated by uncut links along the tear line, with at least a part of the perforations being angled with respect to the tear line. The links hold the first and second portions of the substate together when the indicator is first placed on a door and break along the tear line when the door to which the indicator is attached is opened. Movement of the door to the open position causes the substrate to tear along the tear line while the first and second portions of the substrate remain adhered to the door and door jamb.

Abstract: Methods and systems for a multiple domain quality of service software-defined networking (SDN) controller are described. A method includes discovering network devices in a network, collecting traffic flow data from each of the discovered network devices, collecting configuration and operational data from each of the discovered network devices, categorizing the traffic flow data into traffic flow types for presentation as a first level view, determining source and destination pairs for each traffic flow in each of the traffic flow types for presentation as a second level view, generating network device micro-topologies for each of the source and destination pairs for presentation as a third level view, mapping at least one network device characteristic for each network device in each network device micro-topology for presentation as a fourth level view, and performing corrective measures on network devices identified for issues from the presented network device characteristics.

Abstract: A device and method for a strike plate for a door frame member and/or door assembly is shown and described. The invention may be considered a strike plate assembly and, in other embodiments, a lock strike plate with an adjustable aperture. The strike plate may fit within a mortise pocket on a door member of a door frame. The invention may include an adjustable base plate and a top plate. In some examples, the strike plate may include a first horizontally extended linear opening and a second horizontally extended linear opening. The strike plate assembly may be selectively positionable within the mortise pocket to facilitate lateral adjustability of an interior space within an interior aperture by movement of at least a portion of the strike plate laterally.

An optical interconnect structure (for optically coupling the first port to the second port) is formable in the photoinduced refractive index-changing material by selectively exposing a portion of the photoinduced refractive index-changing material. The selective exposure induces a refractive index change in the photoinduced refractive index-changing material. The change in refractive index provides the waveguiding properties of the optical interconnect structure.

In aspects, a computing device includes executable instructions of an input manager, an audio sensor having subtracting circuitry, and a light sensor. One or more processors executing instructions of the input manager is configured to receive and analyze signals generated by the audio sensor, the light sensor, and the subtracting circuit. Upon analysis, the input manager can detect and prevent light-based injection attacks.
