Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for leveraging interlinking between resources to determine shared knowledge. In aspects, user interaction with one or more applications or services may be detected. User input associated with the user interaction may be processed to identify information, such as one or more content items, content topics, or entities. The identified information may be used to search one or more data sources for relationships between the identified information and content items, topics, and/or entities stored by the data sources. The results of the search may be collected and/or evaluated to identify the knowledge level of one or more entities with one or more topics. Based on the evaluation, an indication of the identified knowledge level(s) may be provided.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video encoding includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry determines a maximum transform size for partitioning a block in a coding tree unit (CTU) based on a size of the CTU. Then, the processing circuitry partitions the block into one or more transform blocks based on the maximum transform size, and encodes residues associated with a prediction of the block into bits in a bitstream, according to the one of more transform blocks.

Abstract: Product offering systems are provided. Product offering systems may include sending an offer to a customer that possesses a mobile computing device and has agreed to receive offers for products via the mobile computing device. Agreeing to receive offers would result in the unique data about the customer being available to offer provider. Unique customer data may include data related to the customers wireless service provider or from a financial account in a financial institution, and collecting customer data about the customer, wherein the customer data comprises financial data and personal data. Product offering systems may further include registering a wireless computing device of the customer to able the device to receive the offer, and determining opportunities to send the offer to the customer by monitoring the customer and the customer data. Product offering systems may also include sending the offer to the customer's registered device based on the determination of opportunities.

Abstract: An insulated container for food particulate and beverages is described. The insulated container includes a double-walled structure composed of a metal, and a glass structure arranged within a hollow interior of the double-walled structure. The glass structure includes a body and a sipping portion extending from the body. The sipping portion isolates the user's lips from contacting the double-walled structure. The glass structure may be repeatably removed for cleaning or replacement. The insulated structure includes a deformable flange that secures the glass structure to the double-walled structure. The insulated container may be vacuum-insulated.

Abstract: Reaction pathways and conditions for the production of nitrogen-containing chelators, such as a glycine derivative, as described herein. In particular, the present disclosure describes a process for the production of a nitrile intermediate by reacting a tetra-amino compound with an aldehyde and a hydrogen cyanide to form the nitrile intermediate. The nitrile intermediate may then be further processed to produce the chelators at a high yield and/or a high purity.

Abstract: Rapidly dissolving flavoring composition concentrates are provided. The flavoring composition concentrates have a flavor, a solvent system, a flavor carrier system, and a densifier. The densifier is an acid modifier present in an amount such that it optimizes the rate of dispersion of the concentrate in water.

Abstract: An apparatus, disclosed herein, comprises a plurality of planes, each plane of the plurality of planes including a plurality of memory cells and a control circuit coupled to the plurality of memory cells. The control circuit is configured to: determine a position of a program loop in a sequence of program loops performed to complete a programming operation; initiate an inhibit bit line ramping event for the first plane including ramping of a set of bit lines of a first plane up to an inhibit voltage and based on the position of the program loop, initiate an inhibit bit line ramping event with a ramping start time delay for a second plane, where the inhibit bit line ramping event for the second plane includes initiating ramping of a set of bit lines of the second plane up to the inhibit voltage after the ramping start time delay.

Abstract: A device includes a thermal mitigation system that operates to reduce performance of a component of the device to prevent the device from getting too hot. The system uses a combination of a time-based technique and a temperature-based technique to perform thermal mitigation. The time-based technique refers to using an indication of the device usage as well as the amount of current drawn by the device at any given time to predict an amount of time that the device is to run in a non-reduced performance mode before reaching a target temperature threshold, and an amount of time for the device to run in a reduced performance mode to cool down. The temperature-based technique refers to monitoring the temperature of the device (or a component of the device) and powering off the device in response to detecting that a monitored temperature exceeds a critical threshold temperature.

Abstract: A transaction card construction and a method for making transaction cards provides increased security for transaction card magnetic strips. The transaction card construct on includes a card inlay and a clear card body. The card inlay is formed via a lamination press process with the magnetic strip attached to a back surface of the card inlay. The card body may have a window through which a data storage element may be exposed for accessing, such as by a magnetic stripe reader or EMV chip reader. The card body may be formed by adhering the card inlay to the clear card body.

Abstract: A method for sharing resource identification includes receiving, at a lookup service, from a first application executing on a particular device associated with a user, a resource identifier (ID) request requesting the lookup service to provide the first application access to a resource ID that identifies the particular device. The method also includes determining, by the lookup service, whether the first application executing on the particular device is authorized to access the resource ID. When the first application is authorized to access the resource ID, the method includes obtaining, by the lookup service, the resource ID and transmitting, by the lookup service, to the first application executing on the particular device, the resource ID.

Abstract: An internal combustion engine having an intake manifold, a compressor in fluid communication with the intake manifold, a charge air cooler in fluid communication with and between the compressor and the intake manifold, a throttle controlling fluid communication between the air charge cooler and the intake manifold, and a condensate collection reservoir that collects condensate from the air charge cooler and is in fluid communication with a suction port of a Venturi device in a bypass loop around the throttle. A motive inlet of the Venturi device is in fluid communication upstream of the throttle and a discharge outlet is in fluid communication downstream of the throttle, and under operating conditions that provide an adequate pressure drop across the Venturi device, the suction port draws condensate from the condensate collection reservoir and introduces the condensate into the intake manifold as a mist.

Abstract: In particular embodiments, a Personal Data Deletion System is configured to: (1) at least partially automatically identify and delete personal data that an entity is required to erase under one or more of the conditions discussed above; and (2) perform one or more data tests after the deletion to confirm that the system has, in fact, deleted any personal data associated with the data subject. The system may, for example, be configured to test to ensure the data has been deleted by: (1) submitting a unique token of data through a form to a system; (2) in response to passage of an expected data retention time, test the system by calling into the system after the passage of the data retention time to search for the unique token.

Abstract: A multi-layer adaptive routing (MLAR) computing device including at least one processor in communication with at least one memory adaptively routes packet data within one or more networks. The MLAR device stores a custom group instance on a database, the instance includes a network of a plurality of service providers and a consultant comprised of a plurality of user groups. The MLAR device submits a query to the database based on a data request from a user. Data packets are created based on the database's response to the query, which are then divided, routed, and transmitted among a plurality of users within the custom group instance.

The controller is configured to identify at least one of the plurality of power equipment or at least one of the plurality of battery packs that requires charging and direct power through a bus to distribute power to at least one of the plurality of power equipment or at least one of the plurality of battery packs. The plurality of battery packs are configured to recharge the plurality of power equipment.

Abstract: Examples of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a body portion of a golf club head may include a front portion. A face portion may be coupled to the front portion. The face portion may include a central strike portion and a perimeter. A plurality of projections may extend from the face portion to provide a ball striking surface for impacting a golf ball. The plurality of projections may be aligned in one or more directions across the face portion and may progressively increase in size in any direction from the central strike portion to the perimeter of the face portion. Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for eliminating overlong source code segments (e.g., methods) by evaluating input source code segments for a plurality of predetermined code metric values to identify a first long code segment based on predetermined code metric values for output and storage in a codefix issue queue, applying multiple extraction algorithms to the first long code segment to generate a second code segment that is semantically equivalent to and shorter than the first long code segment; and then generating a fixed codegraph representation of the software program using the second code segment to replace the first long code segment.

Abstract: Support bracket and support bracket assemblies for a peripheral component interconnect (PCI) card are shown and disclosed. In one embodiment, the support bracket includes a first planar member having opposed first and second end portions, and a second planar member attached to, or formed with, the second end portion. The second planar member is perpendicular to the first planar member and is attachable to an I/O PCI bracket. The support bracket additionally includes a ledge attached to, or formed with, the first planar member. The ledge extends between the first and second end portions and is perpendicular to the first and second planar members. The ledge is sized to support an end portion of the PCI card when the PCI card is attached to the I/O PCI bracket and when the second planar member is attached to the I/O PCI bracket.
