  • Patent number: 11158270
Abstract: In one embodiment, a computing system may receive a target image with a first number of bits per color. The system may access masks that each includes dots associated with a grayscale range. A subset of the dots associated with each of the masks may be associated with a subrange of the grayscale range. The dots within the subsets of dots associated with the masks may have different positions. The system may generate a number of images based on the target image and the masks. Each of the images may have a second number of bits per color smaller than the first number of bits per color. The system may display the images sequentially on a display for representing the target image.

  • Patent number: 11158690
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display system includes forming a display element having a display active area over a silicon backplane, forming a display driver integrated circuit (DDIC), and bonding the display element to the display driver integrated circuit (DDIC). The display active area may include a light emitting diode such as an organic light emitting diode (OLED). Separately forming the display and the display circuitry may simplify formation of the OLED and allow for a higher density control interface between the display and the DDIC.

  • Patent number: 11154497
Abstract: An improved method for manufacture of chewing gums containing active ingredient(s) that preserves the efficacy of the active ingredient(s) by avoiding exposure to high heat and extreme cold during milling that can otherwise degrade the active's efficacy. A chewing gum base is used, along with one or more therapeutically-active ingredients, one or more sweeteners (alcohol-based and/or natural), and one or more flavorings and optional flavor modifiers. The method generally comprises heating the gum base in ovens to melt the gum base. Separately, the active ingredient(s), sweeteners and flavorings are combined in a mixer. The melted gum base is added to the mixer and cools to produce a particulate mixture. As mixing continues the mass cools to room temperature and forms granular pieces. The granular pieces are ground into a powder at room temperature, mixed at room temperature with tableting excipients, and tableted. Several variations on the foregoing are also described.

  • Patent number: 11154082
Abstract: An egg food product is provided that when mixed with baby food and given regularly to a baby will reduce the likelihood of the baby developing a food allergy to eggs. The egg food product is produced by taking whole eggs or egg whites and mixing or whipping them, either by themselves or with other ingredients such as rice, tapioca, wheat, corn, nut flours, soy flour, or bean flour. An acid or acid salt containing food product such as citric acid, lemon juice, and cream of tartar may be added while mixing or whipping the eggs in order to help firm the eggs or egg whites and allow them to retain more air. The resulting batter is then baked in order to produce a cake-like product. The resulting cake is then dried in order to remove substantially all moisture. The dried cake is then ground or milled into a powder.
