The coating composition may be applied to a surface of a fluid handling component that is configured to be exposed to a fluid. The coating composition may be applied to at least partially cover or coat the surface. The coating composition may be configured to chemically bond with a cured primer composition that includes an epoxy.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to optical fiber alignment devices and systems for use in implementing optical splices between optical fibers. In certain examples, the optical fiber alignment devices and systems can include fiber alignment structures capable of clamping optical fibers in a co-axially aligned orientation.

Abstract: The present disclosure is for an inverted diffuser usable in wellheads and other wellsite equipment. The inverted diffuser includes at least one first section having a first vertical inner surface, a first inclined inner surface relative to the first vertical inner surface, and one or more channels supporting one or more releasable fasteners between the at least one first section and a wall of a wellhead or of a wellsite equipment. At least one second section is press-fitted or fastened adjacent to the at least one first section. A method for application of the inverted diffuser in a wellhead and in other wellsite equipment is also disclosed, along with a method of manufacture of the inverted diffuser.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of a system and method for improving rotisserie grilling applications are disclosed. The system may include a support frame comprising at least one central shaft, a first side shaft, and a second side shaft. The system may also include a basket coupled to the two side shafts. The basket may comprise a locking device that couples to the first side shaft and a side shaft engagement mechanism that couples to the second side shaft. The basket may define a volume for receiving foodstuff. The side shaft engagement mechanism may comprise a clamp, such as clamp having a substantially c-shaped geometry. The support frame may further comprise a side shaft mounting unit that receives the one central shaft within a central portion of its geometry. The side shaft mounting unit may further comprise cylindrical shaped couplers for holding two side shafts relative to the central shaft.

Abstract: An augmented reality and extended reality surgical system comprising three 3D viewing options of: (i) an AR/XR headset or headsets, (ii) one or more autostereoscopic “3D glasses free” monitor(s); and (iii) one or more digital ocular stereoscopic 3D viewports which is mounted to a cobotic arm viewing option for ergonomically sound viewing. The system may comprise a wearable device, such as a head mounted display or glasses, that provides the user with virtual reality, augmented reality, and/or mixed reality for surgery visualization. This system is all digital and features both wired and wireless connections that have approximately the same latency of less than 20 milliseconds. This may allow the user to access 2D or 3D imaging, magnification, virtual visualization, six-degrees of freedom (6DoF) image management, and/or other images while still viewing real reality and thus maintaining a presence in the operating room.

The system includes a plurality of bidirectional pads comprising an output state for issuing data and an input state for receiving data. The system includes a controller configured to synchronize timing of the emitter and the image sensor. The system is such that at least a portion of the pulses of electromagnetic radiation emitted by the emitter comprises a laser mapping pattern.

Abstract: A telecommunications antenna comprising a plurality of unit cells each including at least one radiator which transmits RF energy within a bandwidth range which is a multiple of another radiator. The radiators are proximal to each other such that a resonant condition may be induced into the at least one radiator upon activation of the other radiator. At least one of the radiators is segmented into capacitively-connected radiator elements to suppress a resonance response therein upon activation of the other of the radiator.

Abstract: Systems and methods providing statistical analytics of golf performance for coaching including text, tabular, graphic, and image-based outputs that include trends information for the golfer, all based upon actual golf play on course situations, wherein the golfer inputs shot data during play, without interrupting the flow of the game, and uploads the shot data for analytics and review online, and wherein all information related to a given user are reviewable by an authorized coach user through a web-based coach access account. The system is further operable to provide the coach user rights for providing corrective or instructive feedback to the user, including visual recommendations such as modified target areas.

Abstract: A method for active learning using sparse training data can include training a machine learning model using less than ten first training data points to generate a candidate machine learning model. The method can include performing a Monte Carlo process to sample one or more first outputs of the candidate machine learning model. The method can include testing the one or more first outputs to determine if each of the one or more first outputs satisfy a respective convergence condition. The method can include, responsive to at least one first output not satisfying the respective convergence condition, training the candidate machine learning model using at least one second training data point corresponding to the at least one first output. The method can include, responsive to the one or more first outputs each satisfying the respective convergence condition, outputting the candidate machine learning model.

Abstract: A system for forecasting macroeconomic trends using geospatial data and a machine learning model. The system may include a server computing device in communication with a user computing device via a network, the server computing device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing computer-executable instructions which are executed by the processor to: obtain images from a satellite imagery catalog; determine Normalized-Difference Built-Up Index (NDBI) values of one or more zones between various bands of the images; determine an average of the NDBI values for each zone; seasonally adjust the average NDBI values; obtain economic data from external sources; generate a stationarity dataset based on the adjusted NDBI values and the economic data; generate a statistical relationship model based on the stationarity dataset and economic activity of each zone; and forecast a macroeconomic trend based on the statistical relationship model and the current satellite imagery data.

Abstract: A tray and tray platform insert for mounting in a vehicle cup holder, in which said tray includes a platform with a downwardly projecting platform opening eccentrically located in said tray platform for fitting into a vehicle cup holder. The platform insert has an eccentrically located opening and is configured to be repositionable on the tray platform such that either: (1) the platform insert opening is positioned in alignment with said tray platform opening, allowing a cup to be supported through said aligned openings, or (2) said platform insert opening is not aligned with said tray platform opening, such that the tray and insert present a continuous supporting surface for placing items in the tray. Alternatively, the platform insert is configured to have a solid surface with no openings, and with a cup holder projecting upwardly from one surface for holding a cup.

Abstract: An apparatus and method provide personal networks to a plurality of tenant entities on a property network, which has a captive portal and a property identification (ID). Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) are assigned to each of the plurality of tenant entities to define a plurality of personal networks on the property network using dynamic VLAN assignment. Onboarding requests are received from one or more user devices on a specific personal network of the plurality of personal networks. The onboarding requests are processed in a manner permitting intercommunication among the one or more user devices within the specific personal network, to take place across the property network.

Abstract: A light structure that includes a driver electronics housing including two laterally disposed compartments for electrical connections on opposing sides of a centrally positioned compartment including driver electronics, wherein a first compartment of the two laterally disposed compartments includes a main power connector for connection to a main power source. Abstract: A firearm has a trigger shield configured as a protective loop surrounding a trigger of the firearm and the trigger actuates the function of the firearm when activated by a finger and the trigger is a lever a user presses with his/her finger that starts the firing process. The firearm further has an emitter mounted on the trigger shield that propagates a light beam to a receiver mounted on an opposite side of the trigger shield, wherein when a finger depresses the trigger, his/her finger is blocking the light beam and the firearm will not activate and when the finger is moved away from the light beam, the firearm discharges.

Abstract: A blast-resistant escape window for an armored combat ground vehicle has a cassette which fits within, and closes, a though-opening in a frame of a windscreen. Two releasable lever-operated locking mechanisms for releasably locking the cassette in the through-opening are mounted on the windscreen at opposite sides of the through-opening. The cassette can to be pushed out of the through-opening when the locking mechanisms have been operated to release the cassette from being locked to the windscreen, thereby providing an alternative exit for personnel in the vehicle.

Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods related to convertible garments for multiple uses. In one illustrative embodiment, one exemplary convertible garment may include a multilayered textile body having a central opening, which can be arranged in a first conformation to serve as an insulated jacket or poncho that features a hood disposed at the central opening, and, may include hand-warming and security pockets and a yoke with a closeable recess. Such a convertible garment can be arranged in a second conformation to serve as an insulated ground cloth and reversed to serve as a protective cover or blanket. The garment may feature an attached storage pouch that is stowed in the yoke recess in the first and second conformations. In a third conformation, the garment may be folded and stowed in the storage pouch to serve as a vented cushion.
