Abstract: A device for automated or manual separations of complex chemical or biological mixtures and methods of use are described. The device is a chromatography pipette tip or column having a size exclusion media therein and held in place by a hydrophilic filter at the distal end of the pipette tip and an optional removable or pierceable barrier at the proximal end of the pipette tip. The size exclusion media is wetted by simply placing the tip into solvent and allowing capillary action to flow through the filter and into the SEC resin. The solvent is then allowed to gravity drain from the pipette tip, allowing the size exclusion media to reproducibly pack into a homogenous gel. Separations can then be performed with the gelled size exclusion media.

Abstract: An object tracking tool integrates scene transition detection and/or dynamic queue resizing. By integrating shot transition detection, the object tracking tool can change which operations are performed depending on whether a shot transition has been detected. For example, if a shot transition is not detected, lower-complexity interpolation operations can be performed to determine spatial information for objects, instead of using higher-complexity object detection operations, which can reduce computational complexity. As another example, depending on whether a shot transition has been detected, the object tracking tool can adjust operations performed when associating identifiers with objects, which can improve accuracy of object tracking operations. With dynamic queue resizing, an object tracking tool can selectively adjust the maximum size of a queue used to store frames for object tracking.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a first uplink grant, for a first transport block (TB) of a hybrid acknowledgment repeat request (HARQ) process associated with a new data indication (NDI). The wireless device receives a group common signal comprising a cancellation indication indicating cancellation of transmission via one or more uplink resources indicated by the first uplink grant. The wireless device cancels an uplink transmission of the first TB of the HARQ process based on the receiving the cancellation indication. After cancelling the uplink transmission of the first TB of the HARQ process, the wireless device determines that the NDI associated with the HARQ process is toggled and a received second uplink grant is used for a new transmission of a second TB associated with the HARQ process. The wireless device transmits the second TB of the HARQ process based on the determining.

Abstract: It may be desirable for a remote advisor to request an autonomous vehicle to relocate to a target relocation pose using a freespace planner that has fewer constraints than the structured planner that is used for normal driving. The autonomous vehicle planning stack can include a remote vehicle interface, which can serve as the application programming interface for remote requestors to request relocation of the autonomous vehicle. The remote vehicle interface may implement a relocation state machine to carry out different parts of a relocation session. A scenario manager may subscribe to the state of the relocation state machine. Based on the state, the scenario manager can request the freespace planner to generate an output plan for the target relocation pose and can orchestrate handoff between different motion planners to relocate the autonomous vehicle.

Abstract: The present invention is generally directed to processes and systems for the purification and conversion of CO2 into low-carbon or zero-carbon high quality fuels and chemicals using renewable energy. In one aspect, the present invention provides a process for producing a stream comprising at least 90 mol % CO2. In certain cases, the CO2 stream is processed to make low carbon fuels and chemicals. In this process at least a portion of the CO2 is reacted with a stream comprising H2 in a Reverse Water Gas Shift (RWGS) reactor to produce a product stream that comprises CO.

Abstract: Operators managing a cloud RAN collect vast amounts of data, e.g., node-level data, gNodeB level data, user level data, and flow-level data, which are utilized for network monitoring, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), and nodes management. Retrieving and visualizing information and values of different metrics is critical to managing network operation; however, data retrieval on large datasets is challenging. While foundation models perform poorly on large datasets, an accurate answer to a data query is generated by providing semantically similar metrics as context to a foundation model, thereby limiting the number of counters needed for processing the data query. The foundation model then generates a first output of metrics relevant to answering the data query and, based on the first output, generates a second output comprising query code (e.g., SQL or KQL) for computing the answer, thereby improving mathematical accuracy of the answer.
