Abstract: An agricultural baler includes a main bale chamber extending in a bale forming direction from an inlet end to an outlet end. The main bale chamber includes a plurality of stationary walls and a plurality of movable density doors positioned downstream from the stationary walls, relative to the bale forming direction. The stationary walls include a ceiling, a first side wall and a second side wall. A plunger compresses and moves the crop material from the inlet end towards the outlet end of the bale chamber. The baler is characterized in that the first side wall, the second side wall and/or the ceiling comprises a constriction surface, which constricts the main bale chamber in a direction transverse to the bale forming direction.

Abstract: An Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) transmitter generates OFDM multiple-access signals with low Peak-to-Average-Power Ratio (PAPR). A code-division multiplexer arranges original data symbols from different data streams inside each length-N symbol block, which is spread by a Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) spreader. The arrangement of the original data symbols configures the DFT spreader to spread each original data symbol into a predetermined spread-DFT code division multiple access channel. The resulting DFT-spread data symbols are mapped to OFDM subcarriers, and an inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT) operates on the DFT-spread data symbols to generate an OFDM transmission signal having low PAPR.

Abstract: A system for passive locking and unlocking a vehicle is described that includes a memory for storing executable instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions to unlock the vehicle using a time of flight to transmit the trigger request between the vehicle and the first key fob. The processor receives, from a first key fob, a trigger request to unlock the vehicle, and determines, based key fob identifiers that identify the first key fob and a second key fob that is also near the vehicle, that the first and second key fobs are associated with a vehicle. The processor selects the first key fob based on a key fob characteristic. The processor evaluates the time of flight using the first key fob, and unlocks the vehicle based on the time of flight satisfying a threshold for signal transmission flight time.

Controlling electric power flow in the battery pack includes determining states of charge for the plurality of battery packs, identifying one of the battery packs as a weakest battery pack based upon the states of charge, and determining an internal circulating current being transferred via the wiring harness that is associated with charging of the weakest battery pack. Electric power transfer through the wiring harness and the power bus is controlled such that the internal circulating current is less than an internal circulating current limit.
