Abstract: The present disclosure provides products, compositions, and methods for improving nitrogen use efficiency in tobacco plants, including e.g., Burley tobacco. This disclosure further provides genetic markers for tracking enhanced nitrogen use efficiency phenotypes in tobacco plants and for introgressing enhanced nitrogen use efficiency phenotypes into tobacco plants. The disclosure also provides tobacco plants comprising enhanced nitrogen use efficiency and methods to the creation of tobacco plants comprising enhanced nitrogen use efficiency.

Abstract: A computer, including a processor and a memory, the memory including instructions to be executed by the processor to train a generative adversarial network (GAN) to reconstruct a missing portion of an image by determining a reconstructed portion of the image based on data from portions of the image surrounding the missing portion and compare an acquired image with the reconstructed portion of the image to determine a damaged portion. The instructions further include instructions to determine estimated damage based on the damaged portion.

The logic operations may comprise basic Boolean logic operations (e.g., OR and AND operations) or secondary Boolean logic operations (e.g., XOR and IMP operations). The one or more memory cell transistors may be used for storing user data during a first time period and then used for performing a logic operation during a second time period subsequent to the first time period. During the logic operation, a first memory cell transistor of the one or more memory cell transistors may be programmed with a threshold voltage that corresponds with a first input operand value and then a gate voltage bias may be applied to the first memory cell transistor during the logic operation that corresponds with a second input operand value.

A work platform is powered by a power output device and includes a source of electricity for powering the attachment. The platform has a first end and a second end generally opposite the first end. A first attachment interface is connected to the first end, and a second attachment interface, substantially operationally equivalent to the first attachment interface, is connected to the second end. The first end of the platform also includes a first steering mechanism, and the second end includes a second steering mechanism substantially operationally equivalent to the first steering mechanism, whereby the platform is configured to be propelled and steered in a first direction and propelled and steered in a second direction generally opposite the first direction by the first and second steering mechanisms, respectively.

Abstract: A torque load binder for changing tension in a chain or strap securing a load to a vehicle or support surface. The load binder includes a housing with an internal gear mechanism and a connector mechanism operatively engaged with the gear mechanism and extending outwardly from the housing. A high speed first driveshaft and a lower speed second driveshaft on the load binder are selectively individually actuated to effect movement between first and second end linkages of the connector mechanism. The first driveshaft effects movement between the first and second end linkages at a first speed and the second driveshaft effects movement between the end linkages at a lower second speed. Rotation of either of the first or second driveshafts actuates the connector mechanism, changing the distance between the first and second end linkages, and thereby changing the tension in the tie-down.
