Abstract: A pressure-sensitive structural adhesive film based on an epoxy resin composition, wherein the epoxy resin composition comprises a latent-reactive, thermally activatable curing agent for producing a structural bond after thermal curing and additionally a curing agent that cross-links at room temperature, wherein the not-cured adhesive film is compressible and therefore allows for tolerance compensation.
Abstract: An adhesive film that can be wound and stamped having an epoxy-based adhesive compound that can be activated thermally or by UV radiation, and a dye and/or pigment mixed into the adhesive compound for producing a first color change after the activation of the adhesive compound and a second color change after the curing of the adhesive compound.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a single-sided adhesive film (1). Said method consists of providing a support layer (2) and coating a first side of the support layer (2) with an adhesive film (3), a lubricant coating (4) is applied to a second side of the support layer (2), the support layer (2) being in the form of a polyester film. Said method is characterised in that the polyester film, prior to bonding to the adhesive layer (3), and the lubricant coating (4) is treated with trichloroacetic acid, sodium persulphate, iron chloride or copper chloride in order to increase the surface energy of the polyester film. The invention also relates to a one-sided adhesive film (1) produced according to the above-mentioned method.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a single-sided adhesive film (1) for securing a load, comprising providing a backing layer (2) and coating a first side of the backing layer (2) with an adhesive layer (3), wherein a plastic (4) is applied to a second side of the backing layer (2) in order to form a non-slip surface on the adhesive film (1). Moreover, the present invention relates to a single-sided adhesive film (1) produced by the above method.
Abstract: A pressure-sensitive structural adhesive film based on an epoxy resin composition, the epoxy resin composition having latent reactive, thermally activatable curing agent for producing a structural composite after thermal curing. The epoxy resin composition also comprises a curing agent that crosslinks at room temperature.
Abstract: A cartridge covering element for sealing off a microfluidic cartridge comprising: at least one stratified adhesive mass, the stratified adhesive mass being UV-activatable to induce curing and being tacky at room temperature prior to and after activation until expiry of an open time.
Abstract: An adhesive tape 10 that can be wound and stamped for selective UV activation, comprising at least a first UV activatable adhesive compound 1 on an epoxide basis and a carrier 2, the carrier being UV intransparent, for providing selective UV activatability of the adhesive tape 10.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a moist-crosslinking pressure-sensitive adhesive with adjustable adhesive properties, more particularly for producing thick layers of the moist-crosslinking pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising the following steps: providing, by means of UV-initiated radical polymerisation, a covalently bonded pre-polymer containing alkoxysilyl-terminated monomers to provide a base material suitable for a pressure-sensitive adhesive; adding at least one catalyst to the pre-polymer; and moist-crosslinking this mass to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive; wherein an aftertreatment of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to adjust application-specific mechanical and/or rheological properties to optimise the adhesive properties such as adhesion, cohesion, visco-elasticity and tack by means of steam and/or temperature. A corresponding moist-crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive and an adhesive tape is also described.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a floor, wall and ceiling cladding for protection, damping and insulation purposes, comprising a combination of a support layer building board having a first surface and a second surface, said support layer building board comprising a lightweight building board, of a first top coating arranged on the first surface, said first top coating comprising a polyurethane, a polyurea and/or epoxy resin, and of an adhesive fastening arranged on the second surface. The present invention further relates to a method for producing a floor, wall and ceiling cladding.
Abstract: The invention relates to the multi-layered design of a release liner for an adhesive tape, said liner simultaneously serving as a handling aid.
