Abstract: A device for supporting an intraocular lens in an eye. The device has a lens support structure having an inner perimeter surface defining, at least in part, a central opening. When implanted, light may pass through the central opening towards the retina. The device has at least three fixation arms, each having an origin portion coupled to the lens support structure and a terminal portion comprising an anchor for trans-scleral fixation of the device. Prior to implantation, at least one fixation arm is biased towards a folded configuration and has a bend between the origin portion and the terminal portion. The origin portion extends away from the lens support structure and the anchor of the terminal portion is positioned over or under at least one of a portion of the lens support structure and a portion of the central opening. Abstract: A lift system includes a support configured to maintain a bed frame thereon. The support is defined by a first swing arm opposing a second swing arm and a pivoting plate opposing an end plate. First ends of the swing arms are configured to swing outward about ends of the pivoting plate. Second ends of the swing arms removably attach to the end plate to form a rectangular structure for securely receiving a bed frame. The lift system also includes a storage unit defined by a lift gate configured within an interior of the storage unit. The lift gate includes a linear actuator for converting the support between a folded and an unfolded position by manipulating the pivoting plate coupled to the linear actuator. A controller is provided for controlling the lift gate.

Abstract: Provided are a handle-orienting preform feeding mechanism and orienting preform feeding method for a bottle preform with a handle. Under the combined action of the axial rotation of a plastic bottle preform and a handle positioning structure on a preform feeding tray, the handle of the plastic bottle preform with an integrated handle (especially a PET plastic bottle preform with an integrated handle) is positioned so that the plastic bottle preform with an integrated handle enters a heating machine and a bottle blowing machine of the next process according to the predetermined orientation. Accordingly, the wrong orientation of the integrated handle of the plastic bottle preform is avoided so that a mechanical arm can grasp the plastic bottle preform correctly and place the plastic bottle preform at the correct position of a bottle blowing mold. Thus the plastic bottle preform can be blown successfully.

Abstract: A method to measure the transient thermal diffusivity performance of a heat dissipation module by selecting two measurement points on the surface of the heat dissipation module, and locating the two measurement points at the same side of the thermal center point but different distances, and measuring the temperature of the two measurement points separately and using first equation which is the analytical solution of the energy equation. After calculating the first equation, second and third equations are used to find M. The distance X1 between M and the first measurement point and temperature T1 at a moment of transient state are also inserted into the first equation to obtain the value of the thermal diffusivity coefficient ?, which represents the transient thermal diffusivity performance for the heat dissipation module.
