Abstract: Provided are a blow-molding mold, a bottle blowing machine and a plastic bottle, the blow-molding mold has a mold cavity, where a bottle body, a bottle shoulder, a handle and a bottle neck are formed within the mold cavity after a bottle preform is blown, the bottle shoulder is located between the bottle body and the bottle neck, one end of the handle is connected to the bottle shoulder, the other end of the handle is connected to the bottle shoulder or the bottle neck, and the mold cavity includes a first concave region to have a raised step structure formed on the bottle neck.

Abstract: An interference lens and a projection ambient lamp are provided. The interference lens includes: an interference sheet with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface being a rough surface; and a reflective film provided at the interference sheet; wherein light is reflected by the reflective film to form an interference pattern. The projection ambient lamp includes the foregoing interference lens, a light source and a focusing lens; light emitted from the light source passes through the interference lens and is reflected by the reflective film to form an interference pattern, which is focused by the focusing lens and projected on a medium. The present disclosure realizes simplification of the structure by providing a reflective film at the interference lens, hence utilization of light energy is higher, power consumption is lower, manufacturing cost is lower, and projection effect is better.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of lighting, more particularly to a LED street light that includes a main body and a support arm connected to the main body. A female joint is provided at one end of the support arm close to the main body. A male joint is provided at one end of the main body close to the support arm. When installing the LED street light, the male joint and the female joint are mutually inserted to supply power to the main body, without arranging the circuits in the LED street light before installation, which greatly simplifies the installation process and reduces the installation time and the installation difficulty. In addition, due to the reduction of the installation time and installation difficulty, the safety hazards caused by the installation of the LED street lights can also be prevented, and safety is thus improved.

Abstract: A heat treatment device for a PET bottle preform with an integral handle includes an air-cooling knife, a heating furnace, and a transport mechanism. The air-cooling knife is disposed on an outlet side of the heating furnace, the bottle preform is transported into the heating furnace through the transport mechanism, heated in the heating furnace, and transported to the air-cooling knife, and the air-cooling knife jets airflow to and cools a lower end of a handle of the bottle preform, appropriately reducing the temperature at junction of the lower end of the handle and a bottle body so that a gentle transition between the temperature of the bottle body and the temperature of the handle is achieved, and the handle is not easily deformed after the bottle preform is blown, thereby effectively improving the quality of the bottle preform after blown.

Abstract: A tube (10) and a method of constructing such a tube, the tube (10) being in the form of a composite film structure comprising a co-extrusion of a plurality of layers bonded together to provide an integrated structure. The layers comprise an inner layer (11), an intermediate layer (12) and outer layer (13). The intermediate layer (12) is of a material compatible with two adjacent layers (11, 13) between which it is interposed, wherein the intermediate layer (12) provides a bridge between the two layers (11, 13) to provide the tube (10) as an integrated structure. The exterior surface (15) of the tube (10) is optionally treated or modified or is provided with a coating, typically for bonding with another substance such as a resinous binder. A hollow structure in the form of a tubular element configured as a pipe and constructed using the tube (10) is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pulley device, a sliding door, and a sliding window. The pulley device includes: a pulley component including a pulley; a connecting component including a rocker, one end of the rocker being rotatably connected to the pulley component; and a housing including a bottom plate and two side plates. The two side plates are fixed to two opposed sides of the bottom plate, respectively, so that the bottom plate and the side plates jointly define a receiving cavity configured to receive the pulley component and the connecting component. A surface of the side plate facing the receiving cavity defines a receiving groove along a length direction of the side plate, and the other end of the rocker is received in the receiving groove and is capable of sliding along the receiving groove.

Abstract: A fan logic evaluation device and method thereof for improving the logic evaluation of a fan. Specifically, a fan logic evaluation device is provided by first installing a fan, which corresponds to a set of parameters, in a wind tunnel device. A computer then performs a logic evaluation to convert the set of parameters into an evaluated pressure-flow curve and a measured pressure-flow curve by measuring the fan's operating conditions with the wind tunnel device. The computer further performs a logic modification to correct the logic evaluation to obtain a logic evaluation modification. The logic evaluation is then replaced by the logic evaluation modification. Finally, the above process is repeated with the same fan or a different fan.

The roof-bolter includes roof bolt units, a side bolt unit, and a working platform unit. The tunneling machine includes a frame body, a walking part, a cutting part, a revolving body, a rear support body, a loading mechanism, a conveyor, an electronic control system, a hydraulic system, a spraying system and a cooling system. There are two sets roof bolt units, which are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the frame body, and are located behind a revolving center of the revolving body. Each roof bolt unit is provided with two top anchor bolts.

Abstract: Provided is an electrical heating mold. The electrical heating mold includes a mold casing and an electrical heating device disposed in the mold casing. The electrical heating device includes an upper annular heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottleneck, a middle annular vertical-inserted columnar heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottle body, and a lower annular heating resistor element group configured to perform heating around a bottle bottom. The electrical heating mold has a good heating effect, a low processing cost and a simple structure.

Abstract: Provided are a handle-orienting preform feeding mechanism and orienting preform feeding method for a bottle preform with a handle. Under the combined action of the axial rotation of a plastic bottle preform and a handle positioning structure on a preform feeding tray, the handle of the plastic bottle preform with an integrated handle (especially a PET plastic bottle preform with an integrated handle) is positioned so that the plastic bottle preform with an integrated handle enters a heating machine and a bottle blowing machine of the next process according to the predetermined orientation. Accordingly, the wrong orientation of the integrated handle of the plastic bottle preform is avoided so that a mechanical arm can grasp the plastic bottle preform correctly and place the plastic bottle preform at the correct position of a bottle blowing mold. Thus the plastic bottle preform can be blown successfully.
