Abstract: The present invention is to provide an on-line status diagnosis device for an electric power utilities, in which sampling and data transmission rates are differentiated according to a degree of risk of degradation status data. The on-line status diagnosis device includes a sensor for providing a degradation detection signal of the electric power utilities, a data acquisition unit (DAU) for acquiring and providing degradation detection data, and a communication unit for transmitting the degradation detection data to the outside. The DAU includes an analog-digital converter for acquiring degradation detection data as digital data by converting the degradation detection signal from the sensor into a digital signal, and a microcomputer for determining a degree of risk by comparing the degradation detection data with at least one predetermined risk determination reference value, and outputting a control signal to the analog-digital converter to change a sampling rate and a report rate.

Abstract: A bypass switch includes: a casing; a vacuum interrupter disposed inside the casing, the vacuum interrupter being disposed such that a movable contact is movable to a fixed contact; a first fixing bus-bar fixed to the casing; a second fixing bus-bar fixed to the casing to be spaced apart from the first fixing bus-bar; a moving pusher connected to the movable contact; a drive source installed in the casing, the drive source pushing the moving pusher to a position at which the movable contact and the fixed contact are contacted with each other; and a multi-contactor disposed to be contacted with the moving pusher. Accordingly, the moving pusher can rapidly contact the movable contact with the fixed contact. Further, the moving pusher can be moved with a small external force. Thus, it is possible to minimize the size of the drive source and the power used in the drive source.
Abstract: A control device in a high voltage direct current (HVDC) system is provided. The control device includes a communication unit performing communication with a component in the HVDC system; and a control unit enabling the communication unit to receive, from the component, data on an available state of the component, calculating availability of the HVDC system defined as a ratio of an actual operation time of the HVDC system to an operable time of the HVDC system based on data on the available state of the component, and then performing control of the HVDC system based on the data on the available state of the component and the availability of the HVDC system.
Abstract: A method for designing a multiple tuned filter (MTF) in a high voltage direct current (HVDC) system includes setting an input parameter constituting the MTF; setting a resonance frequency of the MTF; extracting at least one LC combination case constituting the MTF on the basis of the input parameter and the resonance frequency; performing optimization for harmonic reduction on the LC combination case; and extracting an LC combination case determined based on a result obtained by performing the optimization.

A first suture tail is passed through a first suture engaging loop extending out of a first aperture in the pledget on a distal side of the pledget. A second suture tail is passed through a second suture engaging loop extending out of a second aperture in the pledget on the distal side of the pledget. The cooling system includes: a plurality of power converters arranged in two-dimension; a compressor configured to generate compressed air; vortex tubes each installed in the respective power converters, the vortex tubes configured to generate low-temperature air based on compressed air from the compressor; valves installed between the compressor and the vortex tubes; temperature sensors each installed in the respective power converters to measure temperature inside the power converters; and a controller configured to determine whether to supply the low-temperature air into the power converters by using the vortex tubes, based on the temperature measured by the temperature sensors, and to control the valves depending on a result of the determination.

Abstract: A monoclonal antibody that does not show a crossreactivity with middle-molecular weight (MMW) adiponectin and specifically reacts with high-molecular weight (HMW) adiponectin alone is disclosed. The monoclonal antibody of the present invention can be produced by using HMW adiponectin as an antigen. According to the monoclonal antibody of the present invention, a convenient, high-accurate, and versatile reagent for analyzing HMW adiponectin can be provided.
