Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a substrate, a first nitride layer, a second nitride layer, a third nitride layer, and a polarity inversion layer. The first nitride layer is formed on the substrate, and the polarity inversion layer formed at a surface of the first nitride layer converts a non-metallic polar surface of the first nitride layer into a metallic polar surface of the polarity inversion layer. The second nitride layer is formed on the polarity inversion layer. The third nitride layer is formed on the second nitride layer.
Abstract: Epitaxial source/drain structures for enhancing performance of multigate devices, such as fin-like field-effect transistors (FETs) or gate-all-around (GAA) FETs, and methods of fabricating the epitaxial source/drain structures, are disclosed herein. An exemplary device includes a dielectric substrate. The device further includes a channel layer, a gate disposed over the channel layer, and an epitaxial source/drain structure disposed adjacent to the channel layer. The channel layer, the gate, and the epitaxial source/drain structure are disposed over the dielectric substrate. The epitaxial source/drain structure includes an inner portion having a first dopant concentration and an outer portion having a second dopant concentration that is less than the first dopant concentration. The inner portion physically contacts the dielectric substrate, and the outer portion is disposed between the inner portion and the channel layer. In some embodiments, the outer portion physically contacts the dielectric substrate.

Abstract: A charging device (1) includes: a case (4) to which a battery pack is detachably attached; a charging circuit portion that charges the battery pack; a fan (30) for cooling; a first opening portion (5) for intake; and a second opening portion (6) for exhaust. An air path from the fan (30) to the second opening portion (6) is connected by an air path forming portion (33) having a long and curved passage length. The air path forming portion (33) narrows down at a point in the middle to achieve a positional relationship in which the fan (30) cannot be seen from the second opening portion (6), thereby making it difficult for operating noise of the fan (30) to leak to the outside. The air path forming portion (33) is formed using a wall surface of the case (4), an outer air-guiding wall (34), and an inner air-guiding wall (35).

Abstract: An alarm clock includes a microcontroller, a display unit, an audio output unit, ten numeric keys and a functional key. Upon determining that a long-press operation is performed on one of the numeric keys that corresponds to a weekly alarm setting, the microcontroller performs a weekly alarm setting procedure for the corresponding weekly alarm setting. In the weekly alarm setting procedure, the microcontroller sets an alarm time based on some numeric keys that are pressed in a time-setting stage, and sets an alarm day based on at least one numeric key and the functional key that are pressed in a day-setting stage. Abstract: In accordance with some embodiments, a method of controlling an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation in lithography system is provided. The method includes generating a plurality of target droplets. The method also includes generating a pre-pulse and a main pulse from an excitation laser module to generate EUV light and reflecting the EUV light by a collector mirror. The method further includes measuring a separation between a pre-pulse and a main pulse. Moreover, the method includes determining whether the separation between the pre-pulse and the main pulse in the y-axis is changed, if not adjusting a configurable parameter of the excitation laser module to set the variation in the energy of the EUV light within an acceptable range.
Abstract: A breast pump includes a main body and a breast milk suctioning shield. The main body has an accommodation space. The breast milk suctioning shield is assembled in the accommodation space and detachably connected to the main body. A front end of the breast milk suctioning shield has a breast shielding portion, and a nipple passage extends from a rear end of a center portion of the breast shielding portion. One or more deformable members are assembled with an annular connection portion between the breast shielding portion and the nipple passage, and the deformable member is controlled to be inflated or deflated by a first air pump.
