Abstract: A gesture and voice-controlled interface device comprising one or a plurality of gesture sensors for sensing gestures of a user; one or a plurality of audio sensors for sensing sounds made by the user; and a processor configured to obtain one or a plurality of sensed gestures from said one or a plurality of gesture sensors and to obtain one or a plurality of sensed sounds from said one or a plurality of audio sensors, to analyze the sensed gesture and sensed sounds to identify an input from the user, and to generate an output signal corresponding to the input to a controlled device.
Abstract: Disclosed is an electrolyte for a lithium-sulfur battery and a lithium-sulfur battery including the same, more specifically an electrolyte for a lithium-sulfur battery including a lithium salt, a non-aqueous organic solvent, and an additive, wherein the additive includes a sulfide compound. The electrolyte for the lithium-sulfur battery improves the efficiency and stability of the negative electrode, thereby improving the capacity and lifetime characteristics of the lithium-sulfur battery.
Abstract: A memory device includes a first active area, a first doped structure of a first doping type, a second active area, a first gate structure and a second doped structure of a second doping type different from the first doping type. The second active area is disposed between the first active area and the first doped structure. The first gate structure is disposed between the first active area and the second active area in a layout view, and configured to store a first bit with the first active area and the second active area. The second doped structure is coupled to the first gate structure and disposed between the first doped structure and the second active area. The second doped structure and the first doped structure are configured to receive a first signal corresponding to the first bit from the first gate structure.
Abstract: A machining device threads a workpiece by relatively rotating the workpiece and a multi-blade tool and relatively moving them along a feed direction to perform cutting processes in the radial direction of the workpiece along the same cutting path in a predetermined spiral form. A controller performs a groove machining to form a threaded portion with vibration in the radial direction of the workpiece and a finish machining to form the threaded portion by bringing the multi-blade tool into contact with the grooved portion of the workpiece. The multi-blade tool has a first cutting blade and a second cutting blade arranged side by side along the feed direction. The controller sets amplitude of a vibration waveform to a value at which a cutting edge of the second cutting blade does not come into contact with the screw bottom surface of the workpiece in the finish machining.
Abstract: An information display method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium are provided. The information display method includes: in response to detecting a first trigger operation for a target live session, displaying a video playing page of a target live session, where a comment area is set on the video playing interface; displaying live session introduction information of the target live session at a first information display position of the comment area; and where a display duration of the live session introduction information reaches a target duration, hiding the live session introduction information. Thus, the effective permeability of video live-streaming content of a live session can be improved, thereby improving the user experience.
Abstract: A lithium-ion rechargeable battery negative electrode active material and a preparation method thereof, a lithium-ion rechargeable battery negative electrode plate, and a lithium-ion rechargeable battery are disclosed. The negative electrode active material includes a carbon core and a coating layer formed on a surface of the carbon core, a material of the coating layer includes amorphous carbon and a doping element, and the doping element includes element nitrogen. The lithium-ion rechargeable battery negative electrode active material has the carbon core, and the coating layer that includes the doping element and the amorphous carbon is provided on the surface of the carbon core.
Abstract: A battery system includes a non-reference battery cell; a reference battery cell including a cathode, an anode, and a reference electrode; a potential measuring means configured to measure a reference potential of the anode relative to the reference electrode, of the reference battery cell, and to generate a signal corresponding to the reference potential; and a controlling means configured to receive the signal and to reduce, during a charging process of the battery system, a charging current applied to the battery system when the signal indicates that the reference potential is below a predetermined threshold voltage. The non-reference battery cell may be disposed at a first position in the battery system, and the reference battery cell may be disposed at a second position in the battery system, the second position being a position that has a lowest temperature, among the first and second positions, during the charging process.

The contact structure further includes a liner on the diffusion barrier, the liner including a noble metal. The contact structure further includes a conductive plug on the liner.
Abstract: A uniaxial eccentric screw pump includes: a stator having an insertion hole with an inner peripheral surface being internally threaded; and a rotor being externally threaded and placed through the insertion hole. In a cross section, the rotor has a cross-sectional center displaceable in a reciprocating manner in a longitudinal direction of the insertion hole between a pair of turn positions along a center line extending in the longitudinal direction during eccentric rotation of the rotor. The rotor comes in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole in a lateral direction of the insertion hole. An interference amount between the rotor and the stator includes a first interference amount when the cross-sectional center is at one of the turn positions and a second interference amount when the cross-sectional center is at a central axis. The first interference amount is larger than the second interference amount.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an audio processing method, an audio processing apparatus and a device, the method includes: obtaining a first drive electrical signal of an active heat dissipation apparatus; determining a target noise audio signal based on the first driving electrical signal and a first transfer function; determining a denoised audio signal based on the target noise audio signal, where the denoised audio signal is used for denoising a to-be-played audio signal. In this way, a noise signal in the to-be-played audio signal can be offset by the target noise audio signal, resulting in fewer noise signals in the played target audio signal, thereby enhancing an audio playback effect of a virtual reality device.
Abstract: There is provided a vehicle including: a grip to be operated rotationally; and a traveling operation switch including a pressed portion. The pressed portion has a portion extending in a direction perpendicular to a rotation axis of the grip. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a vehicle in which the traveling operation switch is easily operated even when the output adjusting grip is largely rotated to the output-increasing side.
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method of patterning a semiconductor wafer using extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL). The method includes receiving an EUVL mask that includes a substrate having a low temperature expansion material, a reflective multilayer over the substrate, a capping layer over the reflective multilayer, and an absorber layer over the capping layer. The method further includes patterning the absorber layer to form a trench on the EUVL mask, wherein the trench has a first width above a target width. The method further includes treating the EUVL mask with oxygen plasma to reduce the trench to a second width, wherein the second width is below the target width. The method may also include treating the EUVL mask with nitrogen plasma to protect the capping layer, wherein the treating of the EUVL mask with the nitrogen plasma expands the trench to a third width at the target width.
Abstract: An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus for predicting a second color component block using a first color component block are provided. An image decoding method of the present invention comprises deriving a prediction parameter using the first color component block, and predicting the second color component block using the derived prediction parameter.

Abstract: Methods for determining a prediction value, an encoder and a decoder are provided. A bitstream is parsed to obtain a size and a coding mode of a current block. Reconstructed values of neighboring samples are acquired and the reconstructed values of the neighboring samples are filtered. A second constant value is calculated according to a bit depth value of a luma component of a sample in the current block. A difference between the second constant value and a first reference value in the reference value set is assigned as a first prediction input value in a prediction input value set. Other prediction input values in the prediction input value set other than the first prediction input value are determined. Prediction values of samples at specific positions in the current block are calculated. The prediction values are filtered to obtain prediction values of all samples in the current block.
