Patents Assigned to MACOM CONNECTIVITY SOLUTIONS, LLC
  • Patent number: 9734072
Abstract: Provided is an integrated circuit that includes a first prefetcher component communicatively coupled to a processor and a second prefetcher component communicatively coupled to the memory controller. The first prefetcher component configured for sending prefetch requests to the memory controller. The second prefetcher component configured for accessing prefetch data based on the prefetch request and storing the prefetch data in a prefetch cache of the memory controller.

  • Patent number: 9736000
Abstract: Cable systems and assemblies integrate a reduced number of twin axial copper pairs to transmit and received in a full-duplex transmission signals at transmission speeds greater than or equal to one hundred Giga bytes per second. The reduced number of twin axial copper pairs comprise four or less twin axial copper pairs, in which each pair forms a single twin axial full-duplex cable for passive or active communication of the signals. A processor can be integrated with the twin axial copper pairs operate to encode the signals for fast transmission speeds.

  • Patent number: 9720830
Abstract: Systems and methods that facilitate reduced latency via stashing in multi-level cache memory architectures of systems on chips (SoCs) are provided. One method involves stashing, by a device includes a plurality of multi-processor central processing unit cores, first data into a first cache memory of a plurality of cache memories, the plurality of cache memories being associated with a multi-level cache memory architecture. The method also includes generating control information including: a first instruction to cause monitoring contents of a second cache memory of the plurality of cache memories to determine whether a defined condition is satisfied for the second cache memory; and a second instruction to cause prefetching the first data into the second cache memory of the plurality of cache memories based on a determination that the defined condition is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 9716583
Abstract: Various embodiments provide systems and methods for performing clock recovery on a received signal using a split loop architecture. A split loop timing recovery apparatus is provided comprising a first path configured for performing frequency offset tracking on a signal by adjusting a receiver clock frequency to match a remote transmitter frequency associated with the signal and a second path configured for tracking random jitter on the signal.

  • Patent number: 9705777
Abstract: Various aspects provide for non-intrusively monitoring a network system. A multiplexing component is configured to receive a plurality of first encoded signals and generate a plurality of second encoded signals. The plurality of second encoded signals contain a different data rate and a different number of network lanes than the plurality of first encoded signals. A monitoring component is configured to identify a block location for repeating blocks and an alignment marker in each of the plurality of first encoded signals and/or the plurality of second encoded signals. The monitoring component can also be configured to identify one or more defects, identify error information and/or determine one or more skew values associated with the plurality of first encoded signals and/or the plurality of second encoded signals.
