Abstract: A method and system for adaptive digital asset and media management is disclosed. Online assets and/or their associated structural context within a computer-based system are automatically modified based on assessed values derived from usage behaviors of users of the online assets. Adaptive media instances can be automatically generated, in conjunction with media instance rules and limits, from inferences of preferences derived from usage behaviors of users of computer-based systems. The media instance types that can be generated and managed include text-based, video-based, audio-based, or interactive media such as games.

Abstract: A system and method for adaptive commerce is disclosed. Adaptive commerce enables recommendations of products or services based on usage behaviors and commercial contextual information. Commercial contextual information may include the business environment of the recommendation recipient, purchase histories, and product or service attributes. Bundles of products and/or services, or specific product or service configurations may be recommended. Corresponding prices may be determined in accordance with behavioral inferences and commercial contextual information.

Abstract: A system and method for location-aware adaptive commercial processes is disclosed. Location-aware adaptive systems enable recommendations of products or services to be generated and delivered to a potential customer that are contextualized for the potential customer's location, as well as in accordance with inferences derived from captured usage behaviors associated with the potential customer. Multiple instances of the location-aware adaptive systems can collectively adapt over time. Novel sales processes can be based on the application of location-aware adaptive systems.

Abstract: A generative investment process method and system is disclosed for managing investment opportunities. The process applies recursive decomposition to investment opportunities and applies a discrete combinatorial model to the resulting combinatorial investment portfolio, enabling evaluation of existing opportunities and generation of new opportunities. The process may apply decision analysis, value of information analysis, design of experiment models, and inferencing of gathered information, including experimental results. The process enables an efficient and adaptive approach to attaining additional information and assimilating the attained information into the investment opportunity decision process.

Abstract: A method and system for a multi-attribute and advertisement recipient behavior-based advertising process is disclosed. The advertisement recipient behavior-based advertising process enables advertising pricing schedules to apply to a great variety of advertising recipient behaviors beyond “pay per view or impression” and “pay per click”. The advertisement recipient behavior-based advertising process may be used in conjunction with a multi-attribute advertising pricing and delivery model, and can apply to advertising delivered in conjunction with search, sponsored recommendations, or any other on-line or digital advertising approach.

Abstract: An adaptive self-modifying system, a recombinant fuzzy network system, and an adaptive recombinant system are disclosed. The adaptive self-modifying system includes functions and algorithms for the self modification of structural elements, including relationships among system objects of the adaptive self-modifying system, based at least in part on usage behaviors associated with the system. The recombinant and adaptive recombinant systems feature functions for syndicating and combining fuzzy networks. The combining of the structural elements of the adaptive recombinant system may be based, at least in part, on usage behaviors associated with the system, and may be preferentially recombined based on evaluations of network “fitness.

Abstract: An adaptive system applied to social network and process network applications is disclosed. These adaptive social networking and tagging systems, and adaptive process network systems, apply algorithms for monitoring user usage behaviors across a plurality of usage behavior categories associated with a computer-based system, and generating recommendations based on inferences on user preferences and interests based, at least in part, on usage behaviors. Additional functions for effectively and efficiently managing social and process networks, such as social network measurement and analysis features, community tagging functions, and process network recombination functions are also described.
