Abstract: A screen printing apparatus and a screen printing method facilitating to adjust a state of filling a paste. By adjusting a pneumatic pressure of pressing a squeezee 9a formed with a flexible region at at least a portion thereof to a surface of a mask 2, the squeezee 9a is moved up and down to follow recesses and projections of a surface of the mask 2 substantially in real time and an attack angle ? in sliding is maintained substantially constant. Thereby, a state of filling a paste can be stabilized without being influenced by recesses and projections of the surface of the mask 2 and promotion of a print quality can be expected. Further, bending is produced at the squeezee 9a by only adjusting the pneumatic pressure, and therefore, an attack angle ? in correspondence with a change in a print condition of a kind or a property of the paste, a thickness of the mask and the like can easily be changed.

Abstract: Provided is a communication device, which is enabled to improve the throughput of a communication system by reducing the difference of a transmission power between an SCCH and an SDCH thereby to satisfy the required quality of a PAPR. In this device, an MCS selection unit (111) of a transmission unit (110) decides, with reference to a CQI lookup table, an MCS pattern (MCS1) of the SDCH, an MCS pattern (MCS2) of the SCCH and information (multiplex information) on multiplex positions on the time axes of those two channels, on the basis of the CQI information. On the basis of the MCS2 and the MCS1, encoding modulation units (112 and 113) perform encoding and modulating operations. According to the multiplex information, a channel multiplexing unit (114) time-division multiplexes the SCCH and the SDCH thereby to generate a transmission signal.

Abstract: Disclosed here is a flat display having a pair of glass substrates and a sealing member applied on the periphery of the glass substrates. The glass substrates are oppositely disposed to each other at intervals therebetween. The glass substrates contain silicon as a component, while the sealing member contains bismuth. A protection layer and an insulating layer as an intermediate layer, which has a silicon-content lower than the glass substrates, are formed on the interface between the glass substrates and the sealing member. The structure above reinforces bonding strength of the sealing section, providing a highly reliable flat display.

Abstract: A drive device includes a recording/reproducing unit and a drive control unit. The drive control unit compares the physical address corresponding to the logical address contained in the recording instruction to the next recording-enabled address. When the physical address corresponding to the logical address contained in the recording instruction is smaller than the next recording-enabled address, the drive control unit controls the recording/reproducing unit to record data at a particular position in the user data area which is other than the position indicated by the physical address corresponding to the logical address contained in the recording instruction.

  • Publication number: 20100176105
Abstract: A superimposed voltage waveform with a predetermined cycle and amplitude is superimposed on a commanded voltage waveform for a second predetermined time after a first predetermined time elapses within an arcing period in which an arc is produced. The predetermined cycle of the superimposed voltage waveform is shorter than a short-circuit cycle and longer than a control cycle of a welding power supply unit. This suppresses a growth of a weld droplet by being pushed up toward a consumable electrode and suppresses an excessive growth of the droplet over an entire range from a low current range, characterized by frequent short-circuits, to a medium to high current range where short-circuits are less frequent. The droplet is also smoothly transferred to the weld pool in addition to preventing excessive droplet growth. This reduces the generation of spatter, giving a flatter bead appearance.

Abstract: An MIMO receiver and MIMO communication system which can have a small hardware scale even if the number of antennas used for MIMO communication. In a radio communication device (200), a receiving section (220) receives a spatially multiplexed signal generated by mutually-different and spatially multiplexing transmission signals, a first signal demultiplexing section (230) subjects a linear operation to the received spatial multiplexed signal to demultiplex the spatial multiplexed signal, and a second signal demultiplexing section (240) demultiplexer the demultiplexed spatially multiplexed signal into the transmission signals. When the received signal is demultiplexed by a single demultiplexing, as the number of multiplexed spatial multiplexed signal increases, the demultiplexer becomes complicated, and the hardware scale increases. When the received signal is demultiplexed by a plurality of demultiplexings, the hardware scale is relatively small.
