Abstract: This invention relates to high bonding hot melt adhesive compositions comprising a high molecular weight polystyrene-ethylene/butylene-polystyrene (SEBS) block copolymer as the basic ingredient and articles constructed therefrom. This polymer is useful in a variety of hot melt adhesive applications for consumer product articles subject to hostile use environments such as toys and other play things.
Abstract: A musical drawing assembly having a drawing board on which a person can draw. A sensor is adapted to sense drawing movement on the drawing board. A storage device stores accompaniment melodies each having a different succession of musical tones. The storage device stores instrumental melodies corresponding to different musical instruments and each having a different succession of musical tones. The musical drawing assembly also includes a device for selecting one of the accompaniment melodies, and a device for selecting a musical instrument that corresponds to one of the different musical instruments. A controller is configured to output the selected one of the accompaniment melodies to an output device during the drawing movement and to output one of the instrumental melodies that corresponds to the selected instrument to the output device in response to the drawing movement.

Abstract: A game apparatus includes a housing supporting a three by three grid of tic-tac-toe game play squares. The housing further supports a pivotable multi-function launch control which provides three game function inputs to the game microprocessor. The display further includes a trio of paths for each of the three columns in the tic-tac-toe square array. The game simulates launch of a game object down one of the paths selected by pivotal movement of the launch control to attempt marking a particular square in the tic-tac-toe array. The launch control includes a depressible launch button which performs a second function of setting game object launch power and a third function of triggering game object simulated launch.
Abstract: A toy airplane includes a flying wing body having a capacitor-powered electric motor propulsion apparatus supported within the body. A charging receptacle is formed in the airplane body and supports electrical contacts which in turn are coupled to the propulsion unit. A separate battery-powered charger includes a charger head insertable into the receptacle to transfer energy from internal batteries within the charger to the capacitor power unit of the airplane. A launcher button operates a normally closed switch to decouple the motor from the propulsion unit during the charging process.
Abstract: A doll includes a plush doll body having a movable head. A body housing within the doll body supports a control and sound circuit which is operatively coupled to a bidirectional motor drive system operative to move the head from side-to-side. A mouth moving mechanism is independently provided within the doll head. The body housing supports a pair of outwardly facing microphones on the right and left side of the housing to detect sound from either side. The control and sound circuit compares the sound energy received by the right side and left side microphones and determines the appropriate direction to pivot or rotate the head to simulate a “listening” attention by the doll.
