    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a porous device with restrictive layer comprises the steps of providing a porous structure having a micro pore structure, flattening the porous carrier to form a surface, and forming a restrictive layer on the surface of the porous carrier, a method for manufacturing said restrictive layer includes forming a nickel-chromium alloy layer on the surface of the porous carrier, forming a copper metal layer on the nickel-chromium alloy layer, forming a nickel metal layer having a top surface on the copper metal layer, and processing said nickel-chromium alloy layer, said copper metal layer and said nickel metal layer to form a plurality of channels communicating with the micro pore structure and the top surface. The restrictive effect and damping effect can raise anti-vibration ability of the porous device itself by formation of dual restrictive structure composed of the micro pore structure and the channels.

The roller has a sealed chamber therein, the chamber covers a surface of the casing located in a disposition region of the bearings, and at least one outer blade is disposed outside the roller. Thereby, composite heat dissipating of liquid cooling and air cooling of the electromotor is implemented with a cooling liquid injected into the chamber of the roller and a wind force applied on the outer blade.

    Abstract: An alignment method for assembling substrates without fiducial mark is provided and has steps of: pre-defining at least two partially standard character regions; capturing at least two partially actual images of a first substrate; comparing to obtain at least two partially actual character regions; building an actual coordinate system of the first substrate; comparing the actual coordinate system with a coordinate system of a second substrate to obtain three types of offset values; moving the first substrate to a correct waiting position based on the offset values; ensuring if the first substrate is disposed at the correct waiting position; and stacking the first substrate with the second substrate to finish the alignment and installation. Thus, the alignment method of the present invention can be applied to to-be-installed substrates without any fiducial mark for alignment.

    Abstract: A method for treating a surface of a metal implant includes a polishing step, a grafting step. The polishing step includes polishing a surface of a metal implant to remove an uneven, natural oxide layer on the surface of the metal implant and to generate an even oxide layer on the surface of the metal implant. The grafting step includes grafting an anti-adhesion macromolecule on an outer face of the even oxide layer. A covalent bond between the anti-adhesion macromolecule and oxygen atoms on the outer face of the even oxide layer is formed, thus that a macromolecular anti-adhesion layer on the outer face of the even oxide layer can be created. The surface modifying step includes changing a property of the surface of the metal implant with the macromolecular anti-adhesion layer by high temperature and high pressure, providing the metal implant with high hydrophilicity.

    Abstract: A thickness adjustment device for thin-film coating is revealed. The thickness adjustment device for thin-film coating includes a coating device, a support set, and a thickness adjustment unit. The coating device consists of a work piece conveyor that delivers a work piece, and a material supply unit that carries a coating material onto a surface of the work piece to form a film. The support set is connected to the coating device while the thickness adjustment unit is inserted through and mounted on the support set. The thickness adjustment unit includes a scrape part disposed correspondingly to the work piece and used for applying coating material to form the film. The thickness of the film is adjusted according to a controlling force or torque of the thickness adjustment unit that presses downward. Thus the film is coated on the work piece evenly and the film coating quality is increased.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a single-stage zero-current switching driving circuit for ultrasonic motor, which comprises: a buck-boost converter and a zero-current switching resonant inverter. The driving circuit according to the present invention integrates the buck-boost converter and the resonant inverter into a single-stage structure, so that the buck-boost converter and the resonant inverter share an active switch and a trigger signal, and therefore, the circuit is simplified and the loss caused by stage switching is reduced. Moreover, the buck-boost converter operates in a discontinuous-conduction mode (DCM), which allows the circuit to have high power factor, and enables the active switch to be capable of zero-current switching (ZCS), so that the loss caused by switching is largely reduced. In the driving circuit according to the present invention, there's no interaction of power between the buck-boost converter and the resonant inverter, so that the two circuits can be analyzed individually.

    Abstract: The present invention relates an electrochemical processing apparatus and a processing method thereof. A reciprocating swing unit is used to drive the processing electrode to process a workpiece, and thus simplifying fabrication of the processing electrode, and shortening processes and reducing costs. In addition, by using a high-frequency reciprocating twist and micro-vibrating unit to drive the processing electrode to perform high-frequency reciprocating twists and micro-vibrations, the processing electrode can perform twist without varying the processing gap. Thereby, the electrolyte in the gap can be perturbed and renewed continuously. Accordingly, bubbles and products produced during electrolysis can be removed sufficiently, enhancing processing precision and surface quality using the processing electrode on processing the workpiece.
