Abstract: A mount for attaching a projection device to an overhead structure includes a device interface operably attachable to the projection device and a device orientation adjustment structure operably coupled with the device interface. The device orientation adjustment structure has structure defining up to three independent axes for adjustment of projector pitch, roll, and yaw. A single selectively adjustable friction element may be provided to enable projector position to be fixed about for any one or all of the independent axes. A gear adjustment mechanism may be provided to enable fine adjustment of projector position. Moreover, any one or all of the independent axes may pass through the projector device, preferably proximate its center of gravity so that it is self balanced on the mount to ease adjustment.
Abstract: A mounting system for a flat panel display includes a wall interface assembly, a pair of arm assemblies, and a mounting assembly. The wall interface assembly can include a slide plate connected to arm assemblies which enable the arm assemblies and mount assembly to be horizontally shifted without the need to remove the mount from the wall and reattach it. The arm assemblies may be substantially hollow arms having removable covers for storing wires connected to display therein. The mounting assembly can also include a pair of brace arms each having two generally D-shaped members placed back-to-back and slidable relative to each other to enable the mount assembly to be expanded to mount various sized displays without extending beyond the width of the display.

Abstract: A safety strap for securing flat panel displays to a support structure to prevent the flat panel display from tipping forward or side-to-side.
Abstract: A universal projector interface including a mount interface portion with a plurality of elongate arm assemblies coupled thereto. Each arm assembly is selectively rotatable and translatable relative to the mount interface, and includes a coupling portion. The coupling portion of each arm assembly is selectively shiftable between a first position in which the coupling portion is securely engaged with a projector attachment member on the projector and a second position in which the coupling portion is freely disengageable from the projector attachment member.
Abstract: A device for mounting an electronic display to a wall includes a support structure operably connected to a tilt head assembly and a display interface structure. The support structure includes an arm assembly that can be extended and rotated so that the electronic display avoids contacting the wall. The tilt head assembly includes an attachment member, guide structures for tilting the electronic display so that the electronic display remains self-balancing, and a plate for positioning the guide structures. The display interface structure facilitates attachment of the attachment member to the electronic display.
Abstract: A display mount includes a wall interface that can be attached on a wall and a display interface that can be attached to a flat panel display. The width of the wall interface can be adjusted to accommodate flat panel display of different sizes. The display interface can be positioned on the mounting interface and adjusted to achieve a desired viewing angle of flat panel display. The display mount enables the flat panel display to be self balancing at any point along the tilting travel of the display and avoids contact between the wall and the display when the display is tilted.
Abstract: A mounting system for an electronic display device includes a display interface having an interface member presenting a display mounting surface and a tilt head assembly defining a substantially horizontal tilt axis oriented generally parallel with, and spaced apart from, the display mounting surface. The tilt head assembly includes a control mechanism for selectively shifting the tilt axis between a first location spaced apart a first distance from the display mounting surface and a second location spaced apart a second distance from the display mounting surface, wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance.
Abstract: A low-profile mount for a flat panel electronic display that is selectively shiftable between a wall-confronting position wherein the back of the flat panel electronic display is disposed parallel and proximate to the wall surface and a tilt position wherein the top of the display is tilted away from the wall surface. The mount is configured so that points spaced apart forwardly from display receiving surfaces of the mount are shifted along a substantially horizontal axis as the mount is shifted between the wall confronting position and the tilt position. Advantageously, the display can be attached to the mount so that the points are horizontally registered with a center of gravity of the display such that the display is self-balancing at any point along the travel between the wall confronting position and the tilt position.

Abstract: A recessed in-wall interface box assembly that is relatively easy to install in a finished wall, including accommodations for video and electrical wiring in the box, having an attractive appearance, and that is relatively simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
Abstract: A mounting bracket apparatus for adjustably supporting a flat panel display from a wall. The mounting bracket includes a wall bracket, a display bracket and two traversing mounts. The traversing mounts are supportively disposed between the wall bracket and the display bracket, and driven along a pair of substantially parallel linear axes by a pair of actuators enabling vertical adjustment of the display bracket. The traversing mounts are flexibly coupled between the wall bracket and the display bracket, thereby enabling misalignment of the positions to adjust the skew of the display bracket relative to the wall bracket.
