Abstract: The invention relates to rimless eyeglasses comprising a bridge (13) interconnecting two lenses (V), and two side branches (11) connected to respective side zones of the corresponding lenses (V). In accordance with the invention, each side branch (11) essentially presents a wire structure comprising two main portions (11.1, 11.2) extending towards the rear or said branch, said main portions extending forwards, passing through two through holes (21, 22) in the lens (V), and being connected together in the vicinity of the front face of said lens by a front portion (11.3), a flexible bushing (15) being interposed in each through hole (21; 22) in order to clamp the associated main portion (11.1; 11.2) so as to hold the side branch (11) in place on the corresponding lens (V).
Abstract: The invention relates to eyeglasses of the rimless type comprising a bridge interconnecting the two eyeglass lenses, and two side branches of wire structure connected to respective side zones of the corresponding lenses, each side branch having a main portion together with a distal end extending said main portion and arranged to fasten to the side zone of the lens, said distal end being generally J-shaped. In accordance with the invention, each side branch is fitted with a hinge that is arranged so that the section and the profile of the side branch in its deployed position are generally continuous, thereby enabling it to pass through a through hole in the lens so as to enable said side branch to be put into place merely by being threaded, while in its deployed position, through the lens from its front face.
Abstract: The invention relates to spectacles of the rimless-type, comprising a bridge interconnecting two lenses, and two side arms that are hinge-less wire structures suitable for flexing. According to the invention, each side arm presents a distal end arranged to fasten to the side zone of the corresponding lens, said distal end being substantially J-shaped, with a long portion passing through a through bore in the lens, with a pliable clamping plug being interposed that holds the distal end in place, and an anti-pivot short portion extending backwards and passing into an outwardly-open side notch, without clamping the lens between said long portion and said short portion, the central portion that interconnects the long portion and the short portion extending close to the front face of the lens.

Abstract: The invention provides spectacles of the type without a surround, comprising a bridge interconnecting two lenses, and two hinged side arms, each side arm being mounted to pivot about a horizontal axis that is oblique, between a deployed position for use and a folded position against the inside surfaces of the lenses. In accordance with the invention, each side arm is connected to the corresponding lens via a hinge link of one-piece structure, said link having an inner portion fixed against the inside surface of the lens and prevented from turning relative thereto, and an outer portion offset laterally from said lens, with said side arm being hinged to the back of said outer portion via a terminal eyelet of the side arm.
