    Abstract: A highway traffic control method is shown in which the control method (80) and phasing scheme (82) are defined and recall switches are set (84) every cycle of operation. Also provided by the invention is an efficient process for preparing such a gramineous hybrid plant wherein a protoplast is prepared from a callus or suspension cell of a rice plant (Oryza sativa), another protoplast is separately prepared from a callus or suspension cell of another gramineous plant, these protoplasts are subjected to cell fusion by electric treatment, the thus fused cells are cultivated in a culture medium containing cultured rice cells as nurse cells, and the thus formed colonies are then cultivated in a culture medium containing a plant hormone such as 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.

The key also includes a shank having a first end surface joined to the end surface of the head and a spaced apart second end surface. The shank is designed to extend through the lock entrance slot of the lock face. When fully inserted, the resulting area of overlap between the sides of the fully inserted key shank and the lock entrance slot define a shank torque transfer surface where torque is transferred from the shank to the sidewalls of the lock entrance slot.     Abstract: Preservable granular particulate "tofu" (soybean curd), which is smooth and does not liberate water during storage and therefor is suited to an alternative for salad topping, tofu spread and scrambled egg, can be produced by coagulating soybean milk or soybean protein paste in heated oil at a temperature between above 75.degree. C. and below 140.degree. C. The soybean milk is of a higher concentration than that conventionally used for producing ordinary tofu. Hardening of the granular tofu which is caused with increased solid contents can be overcome by elevating the pH of the paste as compared with that used in production of ordinary tofu. A small amount of egg white is desirably added to coagulate the soybean milk smoothly in a shorter period of time in heated oil. The granular tofu thus prepared is preservable and does not liberate water during storage, because the coagulation is done at a higher temperature than in the case of ordinary tofu, and the surface of granule is covered with an oily film.
