  • Patent number: 7701224
Abstract: A sensor switch 111a connected to a constant voltage Vc via a breeder resistor 114a and dropper diodes 112a and 113a is connected to a microprocessor 120 that configures a wire abnormality detecting device 100, and the electric potential of the connection point between the dropper diodes 112a and 113a is inputted to the microprocessor 120 as a switch logic signal D1 via a signal wire 105 and a series resistor 131a. The signal voltage level of the switch logic signal D1 is inputted to the microprocessor 120 via an AD converter 123, and the microprocessor 120 cooperates with a program memory 121 to perform a determination of whether or not the signal voltage is in an abnormal intermediate voltage state. However, during a transitional period when the switch logic signal is changing between high and low, mistaken determination is prevented by avoiding abnormality determination.

  • Patent number: 7487005
Abstract: A process planning apparatus extracts a region to be machined based on the difference of the shape data before and after machining of the workpiece, replaces the extracted region into combinations of the predetermined machining features, allocates a predetermined fixed cycle to each of the replaced machining features, and applies an assessment function relating to a machining time and a life of the end mill to each of the combinations of the machining features to which the fixed cycles are respectively allocated, thereby selecting a group of the fixed cycles which makes an assessment value obtained by the assessment function optimum as the optimal process. By these steps, it becomes possible to design the process for causing the NC machine employing end mills as a cutting tool to perform a predetermined machining of a workpiece without relying on the experience of the designer, and without necessitating complicated work.

  • Patent number: 7414342
Abstract: A magnet-mounting member for holding permanent magnets against side faces of each claw-shaped magnetic pole has pairs of extreme-end and basal-end hooking tabs for preventing displacement of the permanent magnets in either a basal-end or extreme-end direction. The magnet-mounting member is configured such that a function of the basal-end hooking tabs to prevent displacement of the permanent magnets can be disabled by deforming the basal-end hooking tabs. When the magnet-mounting member is forced onto the claw-shaped magnetic pole, the basal-end hooking tabs go into contact with the permanent magnets and deform outward, whereby the magnet-retaining function of the basal-end hooking tabs is disabled. When the magnet-mounting member has been fully pushed onto the claw-shaped magnetic pole, the basal-end hooking tabs resume an original shape to prevent the permanent magnets from being displaced in either direction.

  • Publication number: 20070223256
Abstract: The present invention provides a power device including a converter part (2) for converting an AC voltage to a DC voltage; an inverter part (3) for converting the DC voltage outputted from the converter part (2) to the AC voltage; and a transformer (4) having an inductance forming a series resonance circuit together with an electrostatic capacity of a load (20) to boost the AC voltage outputted from the inverter part (3). In the power device, an inductance (7) is connected to the output part of the inverter part (3) in parallel with the transformer (4). Thus, in a discharge part 6 provided in the load (20), since when a discharge is not generated, a recovery current is not supplied to a circulating current diode in the inverter part (3), or the quantity of the recovery current is reduced, the heat generation of the circulating current diode can be suppressed without increasing the number of elements of the circulating current diode.
