  • Patent number: 11228866
Abstract: Disclosed herein identifies audiences of mobile devices that behave a like a seed group of devices. That is, the behave alike group are those devices that move in similar patterns and visit the similar locations with a similar frequency as the devices of the seed group. Similarity is based on correlative similarity in having visited matching categories of location styles identified via mapping data (e.g., devices that visit national parks at a similar frequency). Correlative similarity is performed using a machine learning model trained via a follow the regularized leader proximal.

  • Patent number: 11137834
Abstract: A system for inputting operation system (OS) commands to a data processing device. The system comprises a video camera that captures images of a viewing space. A processor detects a predetermined object in the images using an object recognition algorithm not involving background information in an image. One or more image analysis parameters of the object are extracted from the images and one or more motion detection tests are applied. Each motion detection test has an associated OS command, and when a test succeeds, the OS command associated with the test is executed. By not relying on background information in an image, the system of the invention may be used in devices that are moved in use, such as a palm plot, personal digital assistant (PDA), a mobile telephone, a digital camera, and a mobile game machine.

  • Patent number: 10984114
Abstract: A document processing method and apparatus are disclosed in embodiments of the present application. The method includes: obtaining a target geographic location where the first electronic device is currently located, when a predetermined operation for a document is detected; determining whether the target geographic location matches a target password that is used to encrypt the document in advance; and if so, allowing the predetermined operation to be performed on the document; and if not, preventing the predetermined operation from being performed on the document. The apparatus includes an obtaining module, a determining module, and a decision module. In the embodiment of the present application, the document is encrypted and decrypted by using a target password generated based on a geographic location, which ensures the security of password transmission, and improves the security of the use of the document and the convenience of authorization and decryption.

  • Publication number: 20200409529
Abstract: Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for interacting with a 3D virtual image containing activatable objects. The system of the invention includes a 3D display device that presents to a user a 3D image, an image sensor and a processor. The processor analyzes images obtained by the image sensor to determine when the user has placed an activating object such as a hand or a finger, or has performed a gesture related to an activatable object, in the 3D space, at the location where the user perceives an activatable object to be located. The user thus perceives that he is “touching’ the activatable object with the activating object.

Abstract: 23A wireless communications device has a first security key, a second security key, and established channels. Each established channel has a corresponding security count value, and utilizes a security key. At least one of the established channels utilizes the first security key. The second security key is assigned to a new channel. A first set is then used to obtain a first value. The first set has only security count values of all the established channels that utilize the second key. The first value is at least as great as the x most significant bits (MSBx) of the greatest value in the first set. The MSBx of the initial security count value for the new channel is set equal to the first value. If the first set is empty, then the initial security count is set to zero.
