    Abstract: A card connector essentially includes an insulation body, a metal shell and an ejection lever. The insulation body includes a pair of two guide arms formed at two sides of the insulation body, a plurality of conductive terminals and an ejection apparatus formed at one of the two guide arms. The metal shell is engaged with the insulation body for receiving a card. The ejection lever is pivotally attached to an inner surface of the metal shell thereby forming a pivot mechanism, and operatively connected to the ejection apparatus such that the ejection lever rotates around the pivot mechanism when the ejection apparatus is actuated. The metal shell includes an integrally formed bulge protruding from the metal shell, and the bulge is formed in the vicinity of the pivot mechanism so as to reinforce the strength and rigidity of the metal shell.

    Abstract: A socket for a camera module includes an insulative terminal assembly housing that supports a plurality of conductive terminals. The housing serves as the bottom of a socket and it is surrounded with a conductive metal shell that defines a cavity which receives a camera module. The shell has one or more elastic arms that extend into contact with the housing. The shell is movable on the housing, and the housing has one or more projections that serve as stops for the elastic arms to limit the vertical movement of the shell with respect to the housing. This vertical movement permits the shell to move relative to the housing and thereby compensate for warping and the like which may occur on circuit boards to which the socket is mounted.

    Abstract: An electrical connector is provided for mounting on a printed circuit board and for terminating a flat electrical circuit. The connector includes a dielectric housing for mounting on a printed circuit board and having an opening at a front portion thereof for receiving an end of the flat circuit. A mounting slot is provided at the front portion of the housing. A plurality of terminals are mounted on the housing and are spaced along the opening. A grounding retention member is mounted at the front of the housing and includes a locking portion, a grounding portion and a terminal portion. The locking portion is insertable into the mounting slot at the front portion of the housing. The grounding portion secures the connector to a ground circuit on the printed circuit board. The terminal portion engages a ground conductor on the flat circuit inserted into the opening at the front of the housing.

    Abstract: A connector for connecting together two ends of flat flexible cable includes a base member and a cover member. The base member has a plurality of slots that receive a corresponding number of conductive terminals. The terminals have two upward bends in them near their midpoint and these bends are spaced apart longitudinally along the terminals so as to mate with exposed ends of the lengths of flat cable. Two projections serve as press arms to retain a cover in place upon the base member. The cover exerts a pressure on the cable ends and the terminals to provide a reliable electrical contact between them.

    Abstract: A cable connector for connecting a flat cable having lead wires to a circuit board including a housing carrying terminals and an actuator moveable between a first position to enable insertion of the flat cable and a second position to connect the lead wires to the terminals. When the actuator is in the first position, moment forces are generated on the first shafts and second shafts respectively by the first bearing parts and the second bearing parts which oppose movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position.

The metal dome sheet comprises a spacer where several receiving-grooves are provided and several metal domes seated respectively within the receiving-grooves. There is a second adhesive layer beneath the spacer. This invention has a simple structure and is easy to assemble.
