    Abstract: A heating and heat dissipating multi-layer circuit board structure for keeping operating temperatures of electronic components is provided. The outer layer of the multi-layer printed circuit board is in contact with electronic components. The operating temperatures of electronic components are measured through by a temperature measuring circuit. When the operating temperature of at least one electronic component is lower than a default temperature, the heating circuits corresponding to the electronic components are enabled respectively to heat the electronic components through corresponding heat conduction elements. When the operating temperature of at least one electronic component is higher than another default temperature, the heating circuits corresponding to the electronic components are disabled to transfer the heat from the electronic components to the heat conduction elements automatically.

The I/O control device has a CPU to receive the identification code and judge whether the identification code matches with the predetermined value stored therein; if the identification code matches with the predetermined value, the mobile internet connection between the host and the I/O control device is activated to enable the host to mutually transmit information or signals with a far-end control device from the I/O control device through the mobile internet, and the connection will be disabled after the information or signal transmission is completed.

    Abstract: A device that uses parameters to provide multi-channel serial data transmissions and the method thereof are provided. A first serial device configures with the channel parameters corresponding to a procedure executed on a second serial device. The invention determines whether the data channel corresponding to the procedure requires sending/receiving data occupies a physical line. If so, the first serial device transmits data to the second serial device. Otherwise, the first serial device transmits a channel switch request to the second serial device. After the first serial device and the second serial device are both switched the data channel corresponding to the procedure to occupy the physical line, the first serial device and the procedure could exchange data. Therefore, the first serial device could establish new connection without closing original connection. It achieves the goal of using a single serial port to have data channels of different operation modes or connections.
