Abstract: This specification discloses a transmission system, device and method that prevent data loss. The invention uses a first channel and a second channel to send same packet encapsulating same target data to a receiving end. After confirming the reception of the packet, the receiving end drops the duplicated packet. The receiving end only processes yet processed packet. This technique can reduce the chances of losing data.

  • Publication number: 20100115004
Abstract: This specification provides a backup system that stores a boot data file of an embedded system in a different storage section and a method thereof By generating several file systems and after defining one of them as the backup file system, the backup boot data file is stored in the backup file system. When normally used boot data file cannot be used for booting, the backup boot data file is used. This solves the problem that the backup boot data file is stored in a file system that the user can freely access and thus may be damaged by the user. This achieves the technical feature that a specific embedded system can have several different file systems to store multiple boot data files.

  • Publication number: 20100097769
Abstract: A heat-dissipating structure for the expansion board architecture is provided. A fixing element disposed on the heat-absorbing substrate fixes the motherboard and the first expansion board. The heat-generating elements on the motherboard or the first expansion board are directly in touch with the heat-absorbing surface of the heat-absorbing substrate to absorb their heat. The heat-dissipating board extended from the side of the heat-absorbing substrate then dissipates the heat absorbed by the heat-absorbing substrate. The structure thus solves the problems that existing heat-dissipating structures occupy larger space and therefore cannot be effectively used in an expansion board architecture to dissipate heat produced by the heat-generating elements between the motherboard and the expansion board and that it is likely to have assembly tolerance. Using the structure can reduce the space and the assembly tolerance, but effectively enhance heat dissipation in the expansion board architecture.

  • Publication number: 20090287852
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for disconnecting a transceiver from a bus in multipoint/multidrop architecture. A central processing unit (CPU) and a universal asynchronous receiver transmitter (UART) in a system are connected to a controller used for storing and transmitting data, and the controller is further connected with a bus through a transceiver that monitors/records data and a relay that connects or disconnects the transceiver from the bus. The controller comprises a signal comparator used to compare similarities and differences of data and a failure detection controller used to achieve connection or disconnection of the bus with the transceiver. In case of the transceiver's failure, the controller disconnects the transceiver from the bus to ensure that the bus does not fail to work due to breakdown of the transceiver.

  • Patent number: 7611383
Abstract: An RJ45 connector device having a key structure for changing pin definitions is provided. The RJ45 connector device includes a conversion processor, a key, an information processor, and output pins. When the key is pressed to trigger a conversion signal, the conversion processor first converts a part of input information into relay information. Then, according to the conversion signal, the information processor converts the input information and the relay information into output information through designated processing and then output the output information through the output pins, so as to solve the problem that various connector devices occupy a lot of the available space of an electronic device when being used, thereby saving the available space of the electronic device and enabling a single connector device to achieve technical effects of a multi-functional connector device in terms of switching pin definitions.
