  • Patent number: 11956624
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for visualizing sound coverage in a venue. An embodiment operates by receiving audio content from an audio source, determining audio signal properties of the audio content, where the audio signal properties comprise one or more spectral, temporal, spatial components (e.g., energy, spectrum or directivity), receiving an audio system configuration of loudspeakers or sound beams of a venue, visualizing the audio signal based on a mapping of an intersection of a unique volumetric beam of colored light, representing the spectral, temporal, spatial components, with a portion of the venue and displaying the visualized audio signal as a virtual representation of sound coverage of the portion of the venue.

  • Patent number: 11934582
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses disclosed herein can generate vibrations in relation to, for example, synchronous with, audio that is associated with an event being hosted at a venue. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can generate the vibrations at the one or more frequencies over the one or more intervals in time to provide physical sensations to an audience within the venue as the audience is viewing the event. These physical sensations can provide new immersive experiences to the audience as the audience is viewing the event. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can be mechanically coupled, for example, attached, to seats within the venue. The vibrations generated by these systems, methods, and apparatuses can propagate through the seats onto the audience to provide the new immersive experiences to the audience as the audience is viewing the event.

  • Publication number: 20240071188
Abstract: An infrasound drive system and method are disclosed. An infrasound drive system includes a control circuit for transmitting a data signal and a power signal, and one or more infrasound drive that includes an input terminal, an amplifier and a tactile transducer. In one or more infrasound drives, the amplifier receives a power signal from the power channel and a data signal from the data channel. The amplifier outputs an amplified signal to the tactile transducer. The tactile transducer generates a tactile vibration based on the data signal and the power signal. An infrasound drive can be disposed in a housing and transmit a haptic force to a user in contact with the housing. A user can limit the haptic force transmitted by the infrasound drive. The power channel and the data channel can be provided by a power over Ethernet (PoE) cable.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are apparatus and system aspects for a camera lens flexure collar. An aspect includes an interior wall with one or more inner protrusions, an exterior wall with one or more openings, a cam located between the interior wall and the exterior wall, an actuator arm coupled to the cam and extending through the one or more openings of the exterior wall, and two flexures. The aspect operates through manipulation of the actuator arm, where manipulation of the actuator arm moves the cam and causes a force through the one or more inner protrusions of the interior wall, causing the interior wall to move in the axial direction within the stress limitations of the two flexures. In this aspect, movement of the interior wall in the axial direction can focus one or more camera lenses.

  • Publication number: 20240031761
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for replicating a remote venue in a local venue. An embodiment operates by receiving original audio. Thereafter, the original stream of audio is modified to produce modified audio based on an audio profile unique to a remote venue smaller than the local venue. The audio profile comprises a virtual representation of the remote venue including (i) a virtual audio source corresponding to the local venue's audio source and configured to produce the original audio and (ii) a virtual reverberation point corresponding to a real-world location in the remote venue and the portion of the local venue. As such, the modified audio is determined based on receipt of the original audio from the reverberation point. Thus, after correlating the modified audio to the local venue's audio source, the modified audio is provided by the audio source to the portion of the local venue.
