  • Patent number: 11812251
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for replicating a remote venue in a local venue. An embodiment operates by receiving original audio. Thereafter, the original stream of audio is modified to produce modified audio based on an audio profile unique to a remote venue smaller than the local venue. The audio profile comprises a virtual representation of the remote venue including (i) a virtual audio source corresponding to the local venue's audio source and configured to produce the original audio and (ii) a virtual reverberation point corresponding to a real-world location in the remote venue and the portion of the local venue. As such, the modified audio is determined based on receipt of the original audio from the reverberation point. Thus, after correlating the modified audio to the local venue's audio source, the modified audio is provided by the audio source to the portion of the local venue.

  • Publication number: 20230330529
Abstract: Exemplary venues allow for members of an audience at different locations within these venues to simultaneously interact with an interactive content. The interactive content can convey one or more requisite actions to be performed by the members of the audience. However, the one or more requisite actions can reach members of the audience at different instances in time. These exemplary venues can effectively compensate for these different instances in time such that the accuracy and/or the synchronization of one or more response actions, which are performed by the members of the audience in response to the one or more requisite actions, can be characterized as no longer being dependent upon their distance from the interactive content. Rather, the accuracy and/or the synchronization of the one or more response actions by the members of the audience to the one or more requisite actions can be considered as being related to the performance, for example, timing, of the one or more response actions themselves.

  • Patent number: 11790599
Abstract: Position based media pipeline systems and methods for volumetric displays provide content to a volumetric display having at least two pixels arranged in a 3D coordinate space. A three-dimensional (3D) pixel position dataset and a 3D animation are provided and a first volume representation based on the 3D animation is created. A second volume is created based on the first volume and including color data. A texture atlas is assembled based on the second volume and volumetric image data is generated based on the texture atlas. The position based media pipeline outputs the volumetric image data to one or more graphic controllers. The volumetric image data can be output whereby a user can preview the volumetric image data in addition to output to the volumetric display.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for utilizing non-RAM memory to implement large digital display emulations. An embodiment operates by generating, by an emulator device, a pixel map of a digital display, wherein the pixel map comprises a plurality of pixels representative of a plurality of light emitting elements arranged on a viewable surface of the large digital display. A distance and orientation of a virtual viewer to the viewable surface of the large digital display is generated and the emulator device emulates the large digital display based on the pixel map and the distance and the orientation of the virtual viewer and renders the digital content based on the emulated large digital display.

Abstract: The wheelchair accessible seating locations provide new immersive experiences to people using wheelchairs in viewing an event at a venue while being ADA-compliant. These wheelchair accessible seating locations can be moved along one or more principal axes, such as the x-axis, the y-axis, and/or the z-axis of the Cartesian coordinate system to provide some examples, as the people using wheelchairs is viewing the event. These wheelchair accessible seating locations can oscillate along the one or more principal axes to generate vibrations to create the experience of touch to the people using wheelchairs to provide these new immersive experiences to the people using wheelchairs in viewing the event. These movements of the wheelchair accessible seating locations can coincide with, for example, be synchronized to, the event to provide the people using wheelchairs with a substantially similar immersive experience as other spectators of the event that are seated in the seats within the venue.

Abstract: A mechanical enclosure provides a mechanism for coupling a storage device to a computer system. The mechanical enclosure can be removably coupled to the computer system and can allow for coupling of the storage device to the computer system without using specialty cables and connectors. The mechanical enclosure can allow the storage device to be coupled to computer system without significantly degrading the speed at which the data stored within the storage device is downloaded onto the computer. The storage device can be inserted into the mechanical enclosure which couples the storage device to the mechanical enclosure. The mechanical enclosure can be inserted into the computer system which similarly couples the computer system to the mechanical enclosure to effectively couple the storage device and the computer system.
