  • Patent number: 12088085
Abstract: An integrated circuit includes an overvoltage protection circuit. The overvoltage protection circuit detects overvoltage events at a pad of the integrated circuit. The overvoltage protection circuit generates a max voltage signal that is the greater of the voltage at the pad and a supply voltage of the integrated circuit. The overvoltage protection circuit disables a PMOS transistor coupled to the pad by supplying the max voltage signal to the gate of the PMOS transistor when an overvoltage event is present at the pad.

  • Patent number: 12086048
Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for generating an architecture weighted scoring model are disclosed. A receiver receives a request from a user computing device to develop an application. A GUI displays a set of questions that are designed to gather meaningful information about the application to be developed by the user. A processor receives user input data on each answer to the set of questions; selects an architecture type by utilizing a first decision tree running on backend of a GUI; generates a second decision tree to select architecture layers; and generates a third decision tree to select product offerings; calculates a score for the selected architecture type based on analyzing aggregated information collected from data generated in response to user's answers and corresponding user's selection of each decision tree; checks that the architecture works; and generates an architecture weighted scoring model (AWSM) based on the calculated score.

  • Patent number: 12086133
Abstract: Examples are directed to systems and methods that cause a first user interface having an input field that receives a search query to be displayed. A search query having an attribute of a first entity is received at the input field. Data records are searched for a second entity using the attribute when the search query is received. A second user interface is displayed that has a data record for the second entity. The data record lists the attribute and an additional attribute of the second entity. The second user interface has a drill down user interface that lists the attribute and the additional attribute. The attribute and the additional attribute are selectable to reconfigure the second user interface. • Patent number: 12088326
Abstract: A continuous time, sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter circuit includes a sigma-delta modulator circuit configured to receive an analog input signal. A single bit quantizer of the modulator generates a digital output signal at a sampling frequency. A data storage circuit stores bits of the digital output signal and digital-to-analog converter (DAC) elements are actuated in response to the stored bits to generate an analog feedback signal for comparison to the analog input signal. A filter circuit includes polyphase signal processing paths and a summation circuit configured to sum outputs from the polyphase signal processing paths to generate a converted output signal. A fan out circuit selectively applies the stored bits from the data storage circuit to inputs of the polyphase signal processing paths of the filter circuit.

  • Patent number: 12087356
Abstract: SRAM cells are connected in columns by bit lines and connected in rows by first and second word lines coupled to first and second data storage sides of the SRAM cells. First the first word lines are actuated in parallel and then next the second word lines are actuated in parallel in first and second phases, respectively, of an in-memory compute operation. Bit line voltages in the first and second phases are processed to generate an in-memory compute operation decision. A low supply node reference voltage for the SRAM cells is selectively modulated between a ground voltage and a negative voltage. The first data storage side receives the negative voltage and the second data storage side receives the ground voltage during the second phase. Conversely, the second data storage side receives the negative voltage and the first data storage side receives the ground voltage during the first phase.

  • Patent number: 12089052
Abstract: A device is arranged for distance measurement according to a ranging protocol using a measurement message from a second device. Based on a first arrival time of the measurement message a first distance (151) between the first device (110) and the second device (120) is determined. A third device (130) acts as a cooperating device that is located at a trusted distance (150). The cooperating device determines a third arrival time of the same measurement message, and transfers support data to the first device, the support data being based on the third arrival time. The first device obtains a third distance (153) between the third device and the second device using the support data. Then a verification test is performed on the first distance (151), the trusted distance (150) and the third distance (153). The first distance is reliable when said distances correspond to a viable spatial constellation (100) of the devices.
