A computing system may receive an indication of a voice call placed by a voice caller to an operator. The computing system may generate a network address indicator describing a network location. The network address indicator may be provided to the voice caller. The computing system may receive an indication of a financial services account indicated by the voice caller. The computing system may also receive an indication of an access to the network location by a remote device. The computing system may determine, using the indication of the access to the network location, a first location associated with the remote device and determine that the first location does not match a second location associated with the financial services account. The computing system may generate an alert indicating that the voice call is potentially fraudulent.

Abstract: Disclosed are approaches for computationally-efficient data promulgation among devices in a network. Structured databases may comprise standardized and immutable bytes, each byte linked to a unique data field, a mutable state element, and a mutable activation element. The state element may indicate that there has been a mutation as well as a recency of the mutation. The activation element may indicate whether data pushes and/or data pulls are enabled. The state elements are configured to automatically mutate if there is a mutation in a corresponding unique data field. Each device in the network may transmit API calls as state-element requests to other entity devices in a network. The API call includes at least one byte, without any values in corresponding data fields. State elements are promulgated among devices, without sharing the data fields themselves. An optional central system maintains a record of state elements without storing data field values.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a debug system including a host computer, a microcontroller, and a debug probe for interface therebetween for performing debug trace operations. The debug probe samples the current drawn by the microcontroller. The debug probe and host computer cooperate so as to acquire and accurately align trace data and the samples of the current drawn by the microcontroller. Techniques for performing this alignment are described herein and enable for accurate inferences to be drawn about the current drawn by the microcontroller during different program operations.

Abstract: A position-determining device, and a milking device, that determines a relative position of an object and includes a 3D time-of-flight camera with a 2D arrangement of pixels configured to repeatedly record an image of a space. A control unit is connected and includes an image-processing device. The 3D time-of-flight camera has a controllable light source and is configured to record a 2D image by means of reflected emitted light and collect distance information. The image-processing device is configured to recognize an object in the 2D image using image-processing criteria and determine distance information and relative position by analysing the 2D image and the distance information. Due to the fact that distance information, which is often much more noisy than 2D brightness information, can be determined with far fewer image points, the position is determined more quickly and reliably.
