Abstract: Enhanced filter accuracy is disclosed with respect to determining whether a data element is present in a data store. The filter can correspond to a probabilistic filter with multiple levels. At each level after a representation of an original data element is captured in a data structure, a predetermined modification can be applied to the data element and a representation of the resulting modified data element can be captured in the data structure. In query operation, a check be performed for the presence or absence of an input data element and a number of modifications of the input data element, which results in a reduced false positive probability and improved accuracy. A multidimensional data structure can also be employed in conjunction with multiple levels to further improve accuracy.

Abstract: An in-memory computation circuit includes a memory array with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by bit lines. A row controller circuit simultaneously actuates word lines in parallel for an in-memory compute operation. A column processing circuit includes a current mirroring circuit that mirrors the read current developed on each bit line in response to the simultaneous actuation to generate a decision output for the in-memory compute operation. A bias voltage for word line driver and a configuration of the current mirroring circuit to inhibit drop of a voltage on the bit line below a bit flip voltage during execution of the in-memory compute operation. The mirrored read current is integrated by an integration capacitor to generate an output voltage that is converted to a digital signal by an analog-to-digital converter circuit.

A processor successfully allows login a user into an application embedded within a user computing device based on a positive facial recognition result for gaining access to a building; generates, in response to successful login, a quick response (QR) code and a near field communication (NFC) tag; causes a security system installed in an entry point to the building to read the QR code or the NFC tag in response to bringing the user computing device close to the security system; authenticates the user based on successful reading of the QR code or the NFC tag; and configures the QR code or the NFC tag as a single authentication pass allowing the user to enter the building and access the plurality of resources for a predetermined configurable period.

Abstract: Disclosed are example methods, systems, and devices that allow for generation and maintenance of a central identity databank for a user's digital life. The identity databank may include identity elements with payload values and metadata values corresponding immutable attributes of the user. A multifactor identity authentication protocol allows service provider devices to more reliably validate transactions with user devices via an identity system. The identity databank may include passwords, which may be generated by the identity system linked to user accounts and/or service providers. The passwords may be provided to service provider devices, eliminating the need for users to conceive of a multitude of varying passwords for the user's accounts.

Abstract: An in-memory computation circuit includes a memory array including sub-arrays of with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by local bit lines. A row controller circuit selectively actuates one word line per sub-array for an in-memory compute operation. A global bit line is capacitively coupled to many local bit lines in either a column direction or row direction. An analog global output voltage on each global bit line is an average of local bit line voltages on the capacitively coupled local bit lines. The analog global output voltage is sampled and converted by an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) circuit to generate a digital decision signal output for the in-memory compute operation.

An automatic amplitude control circuit includes a current subtractor that decreases current in the high power part as an amplitude of the crystal oscillation increases. The alert may be enriched by being packaged with client and transactional data to generate an enriched alert.
