  • Patent number: 12203985
Abstract: An integrated circuit improves scan testing efficiency by addressing slow Scan-OUT pins. The integrated circuit shifts data through high-frequency Scan-OUT pins every cycle and through low-frequency Scan-OUT pins every other cycle. Data that cannot be shifted through low-frequency pins is stored in an accumulator and later shifted out through high-frequency pins. Despite changing the scan-out data pattern, the tester used for testing the integrated circuit anticipates the resulting pattern, providing for the testing to not be negatively impacted.

  • Patent number: 12205053
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for using machine learning models to more reliably predict likelihoods of application failure. A model is trained to identify and display events that may cause high severity application failures. Logistic regression may be used to fit the model such that application features are mapped to a high severity event flag. Significant features of applications that relate to the high severity flag may be selected using stepwise regression. The identified applications may be displayed on a graphical user interface for review and reprioritization. Information may be ranked and displayed according to multiple different ranking criteria, such as one ranking generated by a first model, and another determined by one or more users. The multiple ranking criteria may be used to inform steps taken, and/or to retrain or tune the parameters of the model for subsequent predictions or classifications.

  • Patent number: 12205251
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to normalizing pixel intensity values of images. Qualitative images which have to be compared need to have actual pixel intensity values in a suitable range. Generally, the qualitative images to be compared are made to appear visually similar by adjusting display settings. First and second images having different actual pixel intensity values but appearing visually same are received. One or more normalized parameters are determined and using one or more contrast and illumination parameters associated with the first and second image. Thereafter, normalized pixel intensity values are determined using the one or more normalized parameters and a normalized image is generated. The pixel intensity values of the normalized image can be compared with actual pixel intensity values of the first image or second image.
