Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems providing improvements enhancing speed and accuracy in interpreting the electrocardiogram (ECG) for ischemia identification using a graphical presentation. An ischemia criteria and ST segment measurements to be tested are graphically presented simultaneously. The graphical presentation allows the violation of the ischemia criteria to be visualized without any ambiguity. To further ensure that such a condition will not be overlooked, additional graphical highlighting is provided. This graphical approach can be used to improve the detection of conditions that fulfill the specified ischemia criteria and reduce the variation of individual interpretation for patients with border-line ST segment changes.

Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for delivering a multimedia communication to a thin client device are provided. A processor receives multimedia communication data from a telephony device over a network and transfers the multimedia communication data to a switching device. The processor also establishes a connection between a browser, embedded within the thin client device, and a server. The processor delivers and terminates the multimedia communication data to the thin client device using the browser embedded within the thin client device after establishing the connection between the browser and the server.

Abstract: An RFID transponder includes a coding and modulation unit that generates a transmission signal by modulating an oscillator signal with an encoded bit signal. During a first and a second time segment, the encoded bit signal assumes a first and a second logic level, respectively. The transmission signal includes a first signal pulse having a first phase within the first time segment and a second signal pulse having a second phase that is shifted with respect to the first phase by a predefined phase difference within the second time segment. The transmission signal is paused for a pause period between the first and the second signal pulse. The pause period is shorter than a mean value of a period of the first time segment and a period of the second time segment.
Abstract: A porous member is used in a liquid removal system of an immersion lithographic projection apparatus to smooth uneven flows. A pressure differential across the porous member may be maintained at below the bubble point of the porous member so that a single-phase liquid flow is obtained. Alternatively, the porous member may be used to reduce unevenness in a two-phase flow.

Abstract: The current disclosure provides microorganisms, such as lactic acid bacteria (e.g., Lactococcus lactis) containing an exogenous nucleic acid encoding an IL-10 polypeptide and an exogenous nucleic acid encoding a T1D-specific antigen (e.g., a proinsulin) polypeptide, wherein both exogenous nucleic acids are integrated into the bacterial chromosome. Such microbial strains are suitable for human therapy. The disclosure further provides compositions (e.g., pharmaceutical compositions) methods of using the microorganisms and compositions, e.g., for the treatment of type 1 diabetes (T1D), including those with residual beta-cell function, e.g., recent-onset T1D. The microorganism may be administered orally, delivers the microorganism into the gastrointestinal tract, where it is released and expresses the bioactive polypeptides, The methods of the present disclosure are particularly well suited for subjects possessing residual beta-cell function, e.g., for subjects with recent-onset T1D.
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for processing electronic information indicative of natural language. An example method includes receiving first electronic information indicative of a sequence of words provided by a user and identifying, based on the first electronic information, a first word and a first natural language. The example method further includes receiving second electronic information indicative of an exogenous event and identifying, based on the second electronic information, the exogenous event. The example method further includes generating one or more natural language attribute data sets based on the identified first word, first language, and exogenous event. The example method further includes generating a natural language transliteration data set based on the one or more natural language attribute data sets.
Abstract: A coupling assembly for a respiratory interface device support assembly and a respiratory interface device mask is provided. The respiratory interface device support assembly has at least one strap structured to be coupled to each lateral side of the respiratory interface device mask. The coupling assembly includes a first rotatable coupling component structured to be coupled to the support assembly and having a first rotation limiting structure, and, a second rotatable coupling component structured to be coupled to the mask and having a second rotation limiting structure. When coupled, the first rotatable coupling component first rotation limiting structure and the second rotatable coupling component first rotation limiting structure limit the rotation of the first rotatable coupling component relative to the second rotatable coupling component.
