A carbon core formed into a shape of an external gear is arranged in a thin, long tubular mold of a length equal thereto with a space extending longitudinally therealong. A molten metal material is pressure-injected under a temperature higher than a melting point thereof into the space between the mold and the core. The molten metal material is resolidified by rapid cooling at or above a critical cooling rate thereof together with the mold and the core. After resolidification of the molten metal material, the core is removed by pulverization or dissolution. Along internal gear formed of the resolidified metal material is cut into a plurality of segments of a prescribed length.Type: GrantFiled: November 27, 2008Date of Patent: April 16, 2013Assignee: Namiki Seimitsu Houseki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Xinmin Wang, Akihisa Inoue, Yukiharu Shimizu

Publication number: 20120169153Abstract: Provided is a vibration actuator the amplitude of which is increased without reducing the number and width of arms, even in a structure that supports a magnetic circuit section by a single suspension. Both increased amplitude and stabilized vibrating properties are achieved by using a structure in which the middle part of each arm of a suspension is provided with a bent portion in the planar direction, and the metal fatigue of the suspension produced when vibrating is reduced by incorporating the suspension in a state in which the suspension is deformed in advance in an expansion/contraction direction (i.e. the vibrating direction of said magnetic circuit section). Additionally, these advantages, which extend the life of the whole component, allow the component to be environmentally friendly.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 30, 2010Publication date: July 5, 2012Applicant: NAMIKI SEIMITSU HOUSEKI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Minoru Ueda, Yuichi Hashimoto, Hiroyuki Kurita

Patent number: 8142239Abstract: A contact terminal which prevents a load from being concentrated on the contact terminal portion thereof when a part is disposed on a substrate, to prevent contact terminals from being short-circuited even if stacked, thereby reducing the overall space requirement. A projection is formed on a terminal base and the movable range of a contact is limited by the projection, whereby the load that is conventionally concentrated on a terminal support part can be distributed by a support part and the projection. Consequently, the durability of the terminal portion can be enhanced, the space for the contact terminal portion is saved, and a short circuit is prevented from occurring due to the contacting between the contact terminals.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2008Date of Patent: March 27, 2012Assignee: Namiki Seimitsu Houseki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Minoru Ueda, Takayuki Kumagai, Yuuichi Hashimoto
