    Abstract: The invention relates to a perovskite solar cell modified by a chelating layer and its preparation method, within the field of perovskite material preparation. The process involves spin-coating N, N?-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic diimide (DPNDI) solution on the perovskite surface, followed by annealing. This modification forms a chelating structure on the surface, passivating defect sites and grain boundaries, promoting charge transfer with optimized energy levels and carrier mobility. The Pb (II) coordination polymer layer enhances bonding strength and adhesion, effectively suppressing traps. The treated perovskite solar cell achieves a photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) of 24.2%, with a T80 lifetime retaining over 95% (40° C.) and 85% (85° C.) of the initial PCE after 2000 hours. This modified film inhibits ion migration, providing enhanced stability and high photoelectric conversion efficiency in optoelectronic devices.

    Abstract: A metal-resin composite, a surface treatment method, and a substrate of a printed circuit board (PCB) for high-frequency and high-speed signal transmission comprise a surface-treated metal, and the surface-treated metal includes a nano-scale pore array that is used for filling of a resin and vertically extends from a surface to an interior of a metal, where nano-scale pillars are provided to extend from bottoms to openings of nano-scale pores of the nano-scale pore array. The pillar-in-pore structure makes a resin entering a nano-scale pore have an ultra-high anchoring effect on a resin body outside the nano-scale pore. Therefore, on the premise of not using an additive such as a T liquid or a coupling agent, the present disclosure greatly improves a tensile bonding strength at an interface between a resin body and a metal substrate, and also eliminates a decline in an interfacial bonding strength of a composite.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-base station queued preambles allocation method based on collaboration between multiple agent, which provides a non-competitive preambles allocation method in a scenario of multiple base stations and multiple cells, so as to solve the congestion problem caused during random access of massive MTCDs. The devices are queued to select the preambles based on deep reinforcement learning, and a training method based on federal learning is applied, thus effectively solving the congestion problem caused by competitive access. First, the newly accessed devices are grouped and the level of priority is set according to a delay tolerance time. Then, the device are reasonably allocated to idle queues by means of a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm. Finally, by means of a federal training method, the neural network of each agent is synchronously optimized by means of average optimization of neural network gradients, thus completing preambles allocation to each agent.

The method of the present invention can significantly reduce the radar signal processing loss, and the target detector used in the method has the constant false alarm rate (CFAR) property, so that the weak target detection performance can be greatly improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a molecular imaging method using Raman spectra and system based on machine learning cascade. The system includes a coordinate localization module, a hierarchical clustering analysis module, a Raman predictive imaging module, and a similarity analysis module. An untreated frozen tissue slice is attached to a stainless steel slide, and an adjacent slice is attached to a glass slide. The coordinate localization module can match a Raman white light image of a detection sample attached to the stainless steel slide with an immunohistochemistry (IHC) image of the adjacent slice, such that Raman spectra of a target region are accurately collected. The hierarchical clustering analysis module purifies different types of Raman spectra. A machine learning classifier is configured to build a Raman predictive imaging model. The similarity analysis module can evaluate similarity between a predicted Raman predictive image and the IHC image of the adjacent slice.

    Abstract: A long-lasting and stable perovskite solar cell utilizes fluorine-containing inorganic ammonium salts to form ion exchange with perovskite to construct a perovskite light-absorbing layer to protect the perovskite, greatly improving stability of the perovskite solar cell. The perovskite solar cell can maintain 94% and 81% of its initial efficiency after being placed in a nitrogen-filled glove box and humid air for 14,016 hours and 2,500 hours, respectively, and can still maintain 83% of its initial efficiency after performed by heat aging at 85° C. for 1,248 hours, reaching a world-class level. A preparation method of the perovskite solar cell is simple, materials used to prepare the perovskite solar cell are inexpensive, and the stability of an obtained device is significantly improved under various conditions.

The preparation method includes prepolymerizing the monomers N-vinylpyrrolidone and divinylbenzene in the presence of a chain transfer agent, adding prepolymer dropwise to an emulsion of monodispersed seed microspheres, swelling, and reacting to prepare white spheres; and functionalizing the white spheres, to obtain the solid-phase extraction material. The solid-phase extraction material prepared by the reaction has good spherical morphology, large specific surface area, and high ion exchange capacity. The prepared solid-phase extraction material functions in the separation and enrichment of PPCPs by means of a variety of forces with a high extraction rate. The extraction rate is basically maintained between 85% and 105%, and acidic, alkaline, neutral and amphoteric substances is capable of being selectively separated.
