    Abstract: A method is disclosed.     Abstract: A power supply system with hydrogen fuel cell is provided, comprising a hydrogen fuel cell module converting hydrogen fuel into electrical power for outputting. A boost charging module electrically connected to the hydrogen fuel cell module receives, boosts and converts the electric power into charging power. At least two battery packs connected in parallel are electrically connected to the boost charging module and an external load respectively. When one of the battery packs discharges the external load, the other selectively receives charging power from the boost charging module. A control module electrically connected to the above controls the boost charging module to receive electrical power and convert it into charging power and controls the battery packs to alternate performing discharging the external load and charging from the boost charging module repeatedly by turns. The present invention combines hydrogen fuel cells to provide an innovative power supply system.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a portable ventilator and a method for providing an oscillatory flow to a subject in need thereof. The method comprises: (a) forming a gas mixture comprising pure oxygen and air; (b) converting the gas mixture into the oscillatory flow by applying thereto a predetermined oscillatory frequency and a predetermined ventilatory duration; (c) outputting the oscillatory flow of the step (b) at a first jet pressure, in which the outputted oscillatory flow has a first flow rate; and (d) modulating the outputted oscillatory flow of the step (c) by, (i) varying the respective amounts of the pure oxygen and the air in the gas mixture; or (ii) varying the predetermined ventilatory duration of the step (b), in which if the fist jet pressure is smaller than the predetermined jet pressure, then decreases the predetermined ventilatory duration; or if the first jet pressure is greater than the predetermined jet pressure, then increases the predetermined ventilatory duration.

The text comparison method includes: converting the existing file, by an irreversible method, to obtain a first intermediate file, wherein the first intermediate file includes a plurality of characters, and a number of different characters of the plurality of characters is a predetermined value; receiving a second intermediate file which is a file converted from the query file by the irreversible method; and according to a predetermined string length, comparing the second intermediate file with the first intermediate file by a high repeating-character comparison method to output a comparison result. Therefore, the second intermediate file can be created offline and then only the second intermediate file but not the original query file is submitted through interne for private text comparison.

    Abstract: A recycling system and a method based on deep-learning and computer vision technology are disclosed. The system includes a trash sorting device and a trash sorting algorithm. The trash sorting device includes a trash arraying mechanism, trash sensors, a trash transfer mechanism and a controller. The trash arraying mechanism is configured to process trash in a batch manner. The controller drives the trash arraying mechanism according to the signals of trash sensors and controls the sorting gates of the trash sorting mechanism to rotate. The trash sorting algorithm makes use of the images of trash, wherein the images are taken by cameras in different directions. The trash sorting algorithm includes a dynamic object detection algorithm, an image pre-processing algorithm, an identification module and a voting and selecting algorithm. The identification module is based on the convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and may at least identify four kinds of trash.

The resistance device and the enable switch form a RC delay circuit to reduce the kickback noise of the comparator circuit.     Abstract: A device for harvesting and managing wireless energy includes a wireless receiver, a first rectifier, a first capacitor, a voltage detection circuit, a first electrical switch, a second rectifier and a second capacitor connected to each other. The wireless receiver receives a wireless RF signal and converts it into an AC voltage with an input power. The first rectifier receives the AC voltage, converts it into a first DC voltage and transmits the first DC voltage to a load. The voltage detection circuit has a threshold voltage value and detects the first DC voltage. When the first DC voltage is larger than the threshold voltage value, the voltage detection circuit turns on the first electrical switch and the second rectifier receives the AC voltage through the first electrical switch to share the input power received by the first rectifier, thereby achieving the high energy conversion efficiency.
