    Abstract: Disclosed is an optical system using image restoration, including a light source, a pinhole, a testing platform, an image sensor and an image processing device. The pinhole is disposed on a light transmission path of the light source. The testing platform is disposed on the light transmission path of the light source and the pinhole is located between the light source and the testing platform. The testing platform is used to place a testing sample. The image sensor is disposed below the testing platform, and used to sense the testing sample so as to output an optical diffraction signal. The image processing device is electrically connected to the image sensor and used to perform signal processing and optical signal recognition on the optical diffraction signal of the testing sample so as to obtain a clear image of the testing sample.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an improved system and methods implemented by the system for training a model that capable of identifying a hormone receptor status of a subject via the whole slide images (WSIs) of hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stain of his/her biopsies. The method comprises steps of: (a) obtaining multiple WSIs having known hormone receptor information; (b) dividing each of the WSIs into a plurality of patches; (c) selecting and combining the patches that express the abnormal H&E stain into a combined image; and (d) training a plurality of combined images independently with the aid of the known hormone receptor information of the WSIs, thereby constructing the model. Also disclosed herein is a method for identifying a hormone receptor status of a subject by using the method and model implemented in the present system.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a design method of cutting tool and its structure and the corresponding method of machining rotors. A control unit reads a workpiece parameter of a first workpiece using a sensor and produces an annulus parameter according to the workpiece parameter. The control unit further reads an angle parameter and a displacement parameter to intersect with the annulus parameter for giving a cutting edge parameter. Then the control unit produces a cutting-tool model parameter according to the cutting edge parameter and a spiral parameter. According to the cutting-tool model parameter, a cutting tool is manufactured. Afterwards, the cutting tool and the workpiece installed to a machine tool. By performing synchronous machining on a workpiece using the cutting tool, the workpiece can be cut into a rotor.
