    Abstract: The present invention provides a system and a method for service continuity in heterogeneous wireless networks, which comprises a handover decision module and a session continuity module. The handover decision module is responsible for maintaining link layer association and network layer reachability in according to the underlying network conditions to fulfill the service requirement of applications. When acting as a sender, the session continuity module will select transmission path(s), reestablish the transport connection(s) and tag packets with session IDs and sequence numbers. When acting as a receiver, the session continuity module will identify and reorder packets using session IDs and sequence numbers, regardless of the IP addresses and ports of the packets. To sum up, the present invention can provide service continuity and multipath transmission for network devices.

    Abstract: A system for measuring microfluctuation of accommodation comprises a measuring module and a processing module. The measuring module includes at least one first sensing element attached to the area around an eye of a testee for measuring an EMG signal. The processing module is coupled with the measuring module for picking up a specific frequency range of the EMG signal as a measurement index of microfluctuation of accommodation, wherein the specific frequency range is between 0.1 Hz and 100 Hz. The system allows the testee to be tested in an open field of view and exempts the testee from experiencing fatigue in the muscle around the eyes. The system is compact and convenient to carry. A method for measuring microfluctuation of accommodation is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A device includes first wires, second wires, resistors, and a processor. Input signals are transmitted from the first wires through the resistors to the second wires. The processor receives a sum value of the input signals from one of the second wires, and shifts the sum value by a nonlinear activation function to generate a shifted sum value. The processor calculates a backpropagation value based on the shifted sum value and a target value, and generates a pulse number based on a corresponding input signal of the input signal and the backpropagation value. Each of a value of the corresponding input signal and the backpropagation value is higher than or equal to a threshold value. The processor applies a voltage pulse to one of the resistors related to the corresponding input signal based on the pulse number.

    Abstract: A charge pump circuit and a phase-locked loop (PLL) system using the same are provided. The charge pump circuit includes an upper current source, a lower current source and a plurality of switches. The switches are turned on or off by an error signal to increase or decrease the control voltage of the voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and further control the frequency of the output signal of the VCO. When the reference frequency signal matches with the divided frequency signal from the VCO, the upper current source and the lower current source are bypassed to decrease the voltage across the MOSFET, thereby minimizes the influence of the leakage current on the control voltage of VCO. In this way, the output jitter can be reduced due to smaller magnitude of peak-to-peak voltage on the control voltage of VCO in the PLL system caused by the leakage current of the MOSFET.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a high-voltage generator with multi-stage selection in low-voltage transistor process which include a boosted circuit, a plurality of switch and a feedback circuit. The boosted circuit includes multiple charge pump, so that can generate a DC output voltage higher or lower than the input signal. Turning on or turning off each switch controlled by a control signal respectively. Both ends of the circuit is connected to the output end of the high-voltage generator and charge pumps. By controlling the turning on or turning off each switch, it determines the magnitude of the boost and it also can ensure that switches will not be damaged due to excessive voltage difference.
