    Abstract: An electrodeposited nano-twins copper layer, a method of fabricating the same, and a substrate comprising the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, at least 50% in volume of the electrodeposited nano-twins copper layer comprises plural grains adjacent to each other, wherein the said grains are made of stacked twins, the angle of the stacking directions of the nano-twins between one grain and the neighboring grain is between 0 to 20 degrees. The electrodeposited nano-twins copper layer of the present invention is highly reliable with excellent electro-migration resistance, hardness, and Young's modulus. Its manufacturing method is also fully compatible to semiconductor process.

The neural network algorithm is a feed forward neural network, a recurrent neural network, a convolutional neural network or a deep neural network, and an accuracy of the second electrical impedance tomography image is higher than an accuracy of the first electrical impedance tomography image.

    Abstract: An implantable wireless device for transmitting data includes an external control device and an internal processing device. The external control device receives digital data and an alternating current carrier signal and uses the alternating current carrier signal to modulate the digital data into a phase shift keying modulation signal. The digital data have a plurality of time points that binary data change. The internal processing device includes a phase-lock loop (PLL)-based phase shift keying demodulator. The PLL-based phase shift keying demodulator obtains a ripple voltage signal according to the phase shift keying modulation signal. The ripple voltage signal decreases from a fixed voltage value at each of the plurality of time points and then increases to the fixed voltage value. The PLL-based phase shift keying demodulator demodulates the ripple voltage signal into the digital data.

    Abstract: A tag memory and a cache system with automating tag comparison mechanism and a cache method thereof are provided. The tag memory in the cache system includes a memory cell array, sensing amplifiers and a tag comparison circuit. The memory cell array stores cache tags, and outputs row tags of the cache tags according to an index in a memory address. The sensing amplifiers perform signal amplifications on the row tags to serve as comparison tags. The tag comparison circuit performs parallel comparisons between a target tag in the memory address and the row tags. When one of the row tags matches the target tag, the tag comparison circuit outputs a location of the matched row tag to serve as a first column address. The first column address is a column address where the memory address corresponds to a first data memory in the cache system.

    Abstract: EGFR mutation (T790M) and cancerous stemness have shown drug resistances in human non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), thus development of novel drugs in overcoming drug resistances in the NSCLC therapy is highly desired. SP101 is a novel gefitinib derivative, which can bind the ATP-binding pocket of EGFR to inhibit its EGFR kinase activity. SP101 can reduce the drug resistances of EGFR mutation (T790M) and cancerous stemness in NSCLC. SP101 induced cancer cell death and apoptosis in the gefitinib-resistant EGFR mutation (T790M) H1975 cells. SP101 inhibited phosphorylated EGFR and its downstream Survivin proteins but conversely induced Caspase 3 activation for apoptosis induction. Moreover, SP101 could decrease Oct4 protein level and reduce Survivin proteins but conversely elicited active Caspase 3 in the xenograft human H1975 lung tumors in nude mice.
