    Abstract: An optoelectronic semiconductor structure includes a first n-type semiconductor layer, a first quantum well layer, a first p-type semiconductor layer, and a second n-type semiconductor layer. The first quantum well layer is disposed on the first n-type semiconductor layer. The first p-type semiconductor layer is disposed on the first quantum well layer. The second n-type semiconductor layer is disposed on the first p-type semiconductor layer. The second n-type semiconductor layer includes both an n-type dopant and a p-type dopant. The concentration of the n-type dopant in the second n-type semiconductor layer is greater than the concentration of the p-type dopant in the second n-type semiconductor layer. The first n-type semiconductor layer, the first quantum well layer, the first p-type semiconductor layer, and the second n-type semiconductor layer form a bipolar phototransistor structure. A manufacturing method of the optoelectronic semiconductor structure is also provided.

    Abstract: A method includes: sensing a portion of a human body to generate a series of image frames by an optical sensing element; determining a complexion region from each of the image frames; then calculating a central coordinate of the complexion region; determining a sample block by expanding a surrounding range from the central coordinate, for getting a complexion fluctuation waveform; comparing the central coordinate with a central coordinate of a later image frame, to calculate a displacement in a unit time for determining whether the portion of the human body is in a static state. In the static state, an operating unit performs noise filter and peak detecting for complexion fluctuation waveform, and calculates a physiological signal. The method can reduce the amount of data required to be processed in physiological signal detection, and improve the accuracy of the detection.

    Abstract: A laser illumination system and a method for eliminating laser speckles thereof are revealed. The laser illumination system includes laser module emitting a laser beam, a scanning unit for scanning the laser beam to form scanning beams, and a diffractive optical element which the scanning beams are passed through to form illuminating beams that are projected to an area to be illuminated or an object. Thus an image detecting unit can capture an image of the area or the object. The scanning beams are converted into the illuminating beams by the diffractive optical element that causes changes in spatial phase redistribution or light energy distribution thereof. One point in the area or on the object shows energy of partial light of at least two of the laser beams. Thus a laser speckle of the image can be eliminated by the superposition of the energy of the partial light.

The droplets exported from the nozzle are stretched into ultrafine fibers to form a patterned fabric or product.
